MY AUDI OF MORTON GROVE EXPERIENCE - VKS5
I brought my S5 for scheduled maintenance and was told by service advisor Randy that it will take a few hours to complete. I was told that I can have shuttle service drive me home and back to pick up the car which is a wonderful and convenient service!
When the car was done I received a call from the advisor and at that time I respectfully requested shuttle service. Very shortly thereafter the driver came and we drove back to the dealership. I had a very pleasant conversation with the driver and I can honestly say that I was very impressed by his professionalism and wise behavior. I think he is an exceptional asset to Audi of Morton Grove and I strongly believe he would make an excellent salesperson!

Scheduled a service appointment because a DTC light kept popping out randomly. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and a loaner vehicle was also provided. Robyn did an awesome job at explaining the work was needed to be done. Robyn was very professional and went above and beyond in terms of safety by 1) cleaning up the key fobs, 2) Robyn realized the loaner vehicle tires were summer tires, so she made sure the vehicle I was given while my car was fixed was safe to drive during winter season, and 3) Robyn also brought my car into the service garage for me to transfer all my personal stuff from the loaner to my car. Kudos to Continental Audi of Naperville and especially to Robyn. Thanks

service department, i am not sure they can fix any major issues with Audi car. they done something to my car when they kept car for two week to fix engine issues. they end up with calling Audi engineers . they replaced so many parts inside the engine, since then my car is loosing engine oil. they cant find where the oil is going. the only thing that i know that the car is loosing oil. i took it over there at least 4 times, finely they are saying that oil consumption is normal. when you are loosing the whole oil in 2 to 3 week, how can it be normal consumption. i am not sure what to do. no help from Audi or Audi exchange. Audi exchange service department done something wrong when they fixed my car engine. NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT AND FIX THE ISSUE.

Horrible place to go for a vehicle. This is my first time writing a review but I don’t want people going through what I did. Have been having problems with my car since I got it 8 months ago.The people that work here DON’T care about you. They always have new people working which is a red flag. They Always have an attitude.Had a flat tire and had to call five times and no one ever called me back. Left voicemails and kept getting the run around asking about my warranty.Started calling them when they opened at 9am and they ignored me and no one called me the entire day. I will drive to Peoria for any future work. I have been told from other car care centers that they hear these reviews about this establishment all the time. They don’t care about their customers it’s disgusting.

I purchased a vehicle through Napleton Honda Loves Park IL approximately one year ago. I purchased the warranty that was offered with my 18 Honda CRV. Today, I picked up a nail in my tire and had to take it to Napleton Honda Loves Park, IL. I waited for about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the tire to be replaced. I was ok with waiting however, when they asked if I wanted a car wash when it was complete, I simply asked the service tech. that I do not receive one since I had waited a couple hours for the tire already. This is when the service advisor Tammy stood up and corrected me and said it has only been 1 hour and 15 minutes since the paper was time stamped. I proceeded to state that I stand corrected and still do not want to wait for a car wash since the service took 1 hour and 15 minutes. She then laughed and said it took so long because “It was free” . Please keep in mind that this was not free since I paid Thousands of dollars for the warranty. I felt this was terrible customer service and Tammy was VERY rude considering that I was in fact a PAYING customer. This is not how customers should be treated and I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Unprofessional

Scheduled an on line appointment clearing detailing my issues with my AUDI A 8L, and asked for a loaner, since they would need to keep my car overnight to experience the "COLD START" issues I described. Got the last loaner of the day, because they never scrolled down to the end of the description.
Had my car overnight and even gave permission for the Tech to take my car to his home and drive it under different conditions. AMAZINGLY, NOT ONE OF THE ISSUES I DESCRIBED could be replicated. BUT.... They did offer to charge me about $150 for a $29 air filter, $250 to remove and replace my brake fluid that even someplace like MIDAS does for $89 to $99. Claimed my brakes were bad and my air filter in need of replacement, when IRONICALLY, I just had my brakes done 3 months / 3 K miles earlier and Replaced the air filter myself.
IF I had done everything they said, it would have been over $3000, of which, NOT ONE OF THESE THINGS would have fixed the issued I BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR.
I got about a 20 page print out of all my detailed listing of everything I said need attention, and what they wanted to fix, but NOWHERE DID IT SAY what was wrong or why they couldn't find the issues I brought it in for. NO TECH NOTES, NOTHING !!! Several Issues I asked to be looked at were never even looked at.
It's like a revolving door at that place with Service advisors. I'v had 3 AUDI's and was using them exclusively for service, but NO MORE. HELMUT & VITO'S right down the street is at least 1/2 the price on any service and they use all the same parts.
SO SAD !!!!!!

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

Set an early morning appoint to service my VW GTI with scheduling to arrive 8:40 am Friday May 18, 2018. Arrived at 8:30am for appointment and and was told by service desk advisor they are slammed today and can't get to my vehicle until late afternoon.
First time being treated this way by a VW dealership after 30 years of owning VW vehicles.
Highly suggest finding an alternative service facility!
