I brought our 2010 Honda CRV in for some service that I wanted to get done. Kamron Mikuta took care of me in the Service Dept. His service to me was second to none! I asked him several questions about another issue with our CRV, and he gave me a very honest opinion and also saved me some money to boot. I am very happy that I brought the car back to Community Honda for service, and will continue to do so in the future. Also, we will be in the market to replace the CRV in the future, and we will definitely consider Community Honda for this purchase.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

Made an appointment, the service department ordered the wrong part so now I have no mirror and they forgot to reset my tire pressure so I got half way home to find out I needed to turn back. Absolutely unacceptable the staff makes you feel as though you’re inconveniencing them

I took my 2011 Honda Pilot for motor oil and transmission fluid change. Next they sent me a text with a report of many more items that required immediate attention among them a timing belt replacement for an amount of $1384. I took my car somewhere else for this and paid a little less than $600 for this work. I went back to the dealer for coolant and brake fluid exchange. I again got a car report of many more items needed immediate attention than on the first report and among them the timing belt that was just replaced!!! I was also charged almost $50 more for the coolant and brake fluid exchange work than what they had quoted me. Their explanation was that the extra charge was for the old coolant and brake fluid disposal. That’s fine but why didn’t they include that in the quote??? In addition, my husband checked the coolant and brake fluid and levels are low. Why??? They just serviced the car for that yesterday!!!! They reported power steering pump was leaking but wasn’t leaking before!!! Thieves!!!! This place should be investigated!
