Tom Gorr the service manager was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time with me explaining the issue and solution even taking care of something that I didn't feel needed to be done all at not charge to me. Tom, Eddie and Aldo (all technicians I had contact with) expressed they wanted to be sure everything was covered with my car.
I really felt they went over and above to take care of me.

Experience at Phillips with Jacob went very well. Was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle today as I was there for maintenance on my current Truck. Jacob approached me and provided me with an appraisal on my truck. They offered a fair price and wanted to work out a deal. Phillips did not have a truck on site that I liked. Jacob found one exactly what I was looking online and got it onsite in about an hour. Very impressed they worked with me on numbers and we where able to make a deal.

Because of the great service provided by Mr. Gibbons and his team. The wait was a little long, but it was because of a second party that delayed the job and he had no control over that. They made sure that I was comfortable while I was waiting and kept me informed as to what was going on. An excellent job was done with the service on car. Even tho I live in the City, I will still be taking my car to Ettleson for service.

After our 2012 Hyundia Sonata’s engine failed while on our way to vacation, and was repaired at Covington Pike Hyundai it was returned with the check engine light on. Was told it would cost us 100.00 out of pocket, because we didn’t have our vehicle repaired by them.They told us they have already went above and beyond what they should have to do. THE CAR IS NOT FIXED

AVOID this "service" center at any cost. Unacceptable customer service and SHADY PRACTICES.
Can you a trust a service center, where instead of adding 3750 miles to your next oil change (severe conditions for Sonata), they add 3000 miles and put a sticker with the wrong miles on your windshield and the same wrong miles into your vehicle computer? And I was not informed what miles they calculate for the next oil change. When I noticed the "miscalculation" on 2 of my cars and asked why, I was expecting just to be informed that there was a mistake - Nooo, I got the most unreasonable answer ever - they intentionally deduct 750 miles, so you "could have time to schedule an oil change". The more I think about this reason, the more insane and unacceptable it looks like. I had previous negative experience with this service, like employees not treating me with the necessary respect and like refusing to repair a steering wheel on a car with only 1k miles, just because the noise coming from it in their opinion was normal ....the same normal noise was fixed in another Hyundai service. Still, I was going to this service center because of its location and proximity to my home. But this thing with the miles to next oil change just amazed me how ignorant these people are, and just raised a red flag how unethical their service is and how it is extremely far from any acceptable business practices. Actually, that they could do anything with your car, and that I should never trust them with any of my cars.
If they trick you to change oil more frequently by doing it in so obvious way....imagine what they could be doing (like materials and work on your vehicle) that could not be seen and verified by you easily.

Gus explained the maintenance needed along with oil changes and everything was taken care of in a very timely matter. Gus also kept us informed of the progress while we were waiting. Had windshield replaced at dealership
Needed a new one after it cracked again, had it done at an independent place, come to find out the dealership installed the lowest model windshield in my Ultimate package vehicle.
When I told the manager he asked why didn’t I come back to him to get a new one.
I guess cheating me once wasn’t good enough for them.
Just had a tire rotation, all tires have different air pressure and not by 1lb difference more like 6lb. Never checked air pressure.

Worst buying experience i have ever had. Bought a 2014 Lincoln from Schimmer the car had a warranty til 50,000 miles. At around 47,000 miles i started to hear a noise when turning corners. First off when i bought the car the salesman stated numerous times that if you bought a Lincoln and you ever needed your car worked on you WILL get a Lincoln as a loaner no matter what. This my friends is a LIE the will however give you a crappy small Ford Focus instead. Both times i brought my Lincoln in this is what i received. Ok back to the noise so i brought it in explaining i heard a noise they kept the car and found nothing. So a month or so later i get in the car only to find the steering isn't working properly had it towed to Schimmer this time they found the problem which was common sense as the steering wouldnt work that it was a steering problem. By this time the warranty just ran out as the car just was over 50,000 miles. So because there mechanics couldn't find the issue the first time i brought it in they were not going to honor the fact that i brought it in when it was still under warranty and they couldn't find the problem then. I was on the hook for the over $2000 repair they would not pay a dime of it. There explanation was that i didnt state what,the exact problem was when i brought it in the first time. Well Schimmer i am not a MECHANIC i brought it in to you to figure that out. This was my first and last car i will buy At SCAMMER oops i mean Schimmer. They did everything in there power to make sure they didn't have to pay for the repair.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.
