They don't recognize women as part owners(My name needs to be on the contact sheet) and their text reminders don't work with all smart phones.Was told the repair would take 1 hour; it took nearly 2 hours and I was sort of left in the dark. They changed my trip odometer without telling me and spouse is not happy because he prefers the original setting.

Do not take your vehicle here for service! Literally run away! Took our brand new 2021 Kona here for an oil change. They did not put the oil plug in tightly, it backed out, and blew up the engine. Owned the car for 3 months and now they are refusing to take any responsibility at all. This is a total nightmare. We have been loyal Hyundai owners. Had a 2000 traded it in for a 2018 that we bought at glenbrook then traded that for the 2021. Their customer service and lack of responsibility and honorable word is just complete bogus. Never ever go here or buy a car from them. Total crooks!! Because of their lack of care for their services it voided all warranties we had. You take your vehicle to the dealership to NOT void your warranties.

Google only allows you to make one review ever of a business. So since a couple years ago I complained of how Dorsett Nissan damaged my vehicle while in for service I cannot make any other reviews. So I am on another website. Service Manager Chad told me a part was covered under the power train warranty. Then explained my warranty expired at 50,000 miles I paid for the service. Then I read my paperwork and discovered the warranty is good through 100,000 miles. After calling back they explained the service is over. So I escalated it and called Nissan Customer service who backed their dealership and said even if they told me incorrectly that is my issue not theirs. How would you like to be told something just to have it disregarded. Well if you like that treatment Dorsett is your place. Read my last review from like 2 years ago. I’ve bought my last 3 vehicles from Nissan. Sorry to say now I understand how the entire company works not just the local dealership. My business will go elsewhere as well as any and every recommendation I can make.

I wish I had read these reviews before taking my car here. Stay far away as possible. Had to take my car here because the person who was at fault had USAA insurance and this is their preferred provider. They fixed the front of my car fine. But also somehow damaged the sides, and broke off my antenna. They tried to tell me it was like that even though looking at the photos you can see it wasn't. Now I have to take my time and go through small claims court. I will continue to warn as many people as I can to stay away from blossom on shadeland.

Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership!
I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable.
I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.

I just bought a used 14 Elantra off a lot but was not from here but I ended up taking my car to Dellen cause it was the closest Hyundai shop to me. This was my first time being here. I went in just to get a oil change and have them inspect my brakes cause they was sounding funny when I went to brake them. Dellen took my information and went to work on my car took them maybe half hour to inspect the car, then they came in and hit me with some ok news which I expected. (Bad news the warranty did not cover this part of the car.) They had to rotate all 4 rotors cause they were warped. Now the bad news hit they wanted to charge 110 per axle which was steep considering I really didnt have the extra money to work with, but I decided and told them to do it and they did and it took them maybe 2 and a half hours to rotate my rotors. Not sure why it took them that long considering I thought they was already working on it. The service guy checked in on me a few times and even offered me a ride to the mall or go get some food from one of their drivers. I thanked them for the offer but I would sit in their waiting room. Finally they came in and said my vehicle was ready and after all said and done I was hit with a $287 bill. Which really stung cause I was only hoping to spend maybe 60 on just an oil change and if everything else didnt work out I was hoping the warranty would cover it but didnt so then here I am. Other than my rotors only other problems my car had was it needed all 4 new tires. Overall I was pleased with everything and I will return for my next oil change and hopefully wont get bad news this next time around.
