I took my truck in with oil light on...was told it was a sensor and still OK to drive. They replaced the sensor the next week. The oil light still came back on. Said it was probably the contacts, but couldn't look at it then, still OK to drive.....well, I ended up needing a new engine as that one apparently didn't run too well WITHOUT getting oil. :(

We drove three hours from Lincoln, NE to try and buy a Ram 1500 from Jensen Ram.
What a nightmare,After assuring us they could do a deal with the numbers we had to work with we drove up.
Just another ...do what ever we can to get them in the door regardless of the distance they had to drive to get here!
Ran us in circles, no where for the little kiddos to do anything, and no deal.
We literally wasted 3 hours driving up....6 hours there and 3 hours driving back.
Do NOT waste your time if you aren't a local resident.
I have waited 4 months to post this review due to my anger with them prior to this.

Terrible response time. Worked with them for over a week and a half on a vehicle. They got back to me on average once a day (and right at closing).

Salesman was very rude and would not work with us at ALL. The LOWEST price he would go on the vehicle that we were looking at was asking price. I KNOW the asking price can change and they could of helped me get better fiancing. The lady in charge of running credit was also very rude. It's there way or no way. I would NEVER tell anyone to go here. Worst experience of my life and I have bought 6 cars from different places in Motor Inn of Algona was the worst!

I've taken my car here several times for service over the last two years for various issues. The last straw was in the October. I noticed my car was leaking orangish fluid , and I could hear a gurgling sound under the hood right after I shut the engine off. It took them no less than THREE times to do the job right. The final time I took it in, I was cashing out and was told it was $300 more than what they had quoted me!!! They "made a mistake" is the excuse I was given. Left the main part totally off the invoice. Unbelievable.
Kris at the Service Dept. desk is extremely rude. She obviously doesn't understand customer service at all. She acts as if you are bothering her. When I told her the final time how upset I was, she couldn't have cared less.
Worst experience ever. Won't do business with them again. I'll go to Sioux Falls before I'd deal with this place!
