On vacation pulling a boat and our GMC vehicle’s transmission wouldn’t shift out of neutral once we arrived at our destination. Triple A delivered the vehicle to Ft. Madison and within 36 hours we’ve got our vehicle back and boating continued. Their service department did an Outstanding job with fast and efficient repairs.

Called around 11AM on Friday to order parts for my truck. Parts guy guaranteed they’d be here between 7:30AM-8AM on Saturday. I didn’t think to check the parts departments hours because he GUARANTEED they would be coming in. Called Saturday around 8:30AM to find out that the parts department was closed. Sales guy I talked to did try to find the parts by calling the service guy and I apologize to him for my attitude. But I am now stuck another 2 days over 2 hours from home because Molsteads parts guys can’t get out bed without hurting themselves.

tried charging gf total of 23870 dollars for 2016 Chevy Cruze that is posted online for 9970 and kbb list is 8900 that's with her putting 2500 more than 25 percent of cars value as a down paymenttelling her bank was charging a 4000 loan fee on top of 19 percent interest when I called to complain offered it to me at the 9970 with no bank fee and thru in 1600 dollar warranty for free without even running my name she is a woman so they saw dollar signs remember to take payment amount times number of payments before signing anything

For your finances and sanity avoid like the plague. Bought a 2019 ram (new) they finance threw my regular credit union. I was concerned about the interest rate as I have excellent credit. I asked if the rates come down if I could refinance. They assured me I could (LIE). I had 3 recalls on truck. I called to set appointment, they told me they could get me in that day knowing the recalls. I left work drove hour and a half, sat for an hour only to be told they didn't have time to do it. They call me several weeks later, arrange an appointment for same recalls, I show up, half the day they have my truck then call me and tell me they dont have the parts to do the work. Now im on the 3rd time for the same stuff...6 hour job turned into day and a half, other bs things went on during this visit. I also had a screw in tire i asked them to fix. They called saying my truck had 4 punctures and I needed a $250 tire, I suspected they were lying. They put a new tire on and i requested they take it off. After picking up the truck i took it to a tire shop it had 1 puncture from the screw I told them about, nothing else. My truck was hit lightly..i took to them for an estimate mainly for sh@ts and giggles. They gave a quote of $2400 and had a full page of "needed parts" and all this "necessary labor" what they didnt know is I have a friend who does body work... I needed 3 parts. We went threw what vaughns was charging for parts 1 by one...a bumper for instance vaughns price-$600, rams price via internet-$400..and this is just one...not to mention all the other stuff the truck didnt need. Insurance fraud? Im thinking yes it probably is.

I bought my Cadillac from Edwards and it was the best car buying experience I have had with a dealer. Since then I have been more than impressed with the service department particularly Fred and Omar. They make every repair or maintenance experience outstanding. They take care of me, keep me informed, and ensure I know what will be done and when the car will be ready. Their attention to detail and customer care is outstanding. I highly recommend Edwards for car buying and all maintenance. I have dealt with many car dealers in the area and bar none Edwards is the best customer focused dealer. They listen and try their best to satisfy. I have been to many dealers who don't listen and try and sell the car they need to get off the lot. Their service department isn't concerned with customer service (completely informing you up front and keeping you updated on status). I got my Cadillac back with two new tires, completely cleaned with no maintenance paper seat covers like I have at other dealer shops. Guess what, this place even ensured all my tires had the right tire pressure in every tire! I have gotten my car back from other shops with different tire pressure in every tire and none of them correct. You want a pleasant car buying and service experience, go to Edwards, if not, any car dealer will do. Ask for Fred or Omar.

We were traveling and had a problem with GMC truck. It was late in the day, but the agent was able to get the truck in within an hour, did the diagnosis and had it fixed promptly so we could get back on the road. Very helpful service agent, and overall an excellent customer service experience.
