Told them not to inspect my cabin filter or air filter. Then they did no inspections at all. Didn’t wash car or anything else. I was penalized for doing something myself as I am a retired mechanic and can do that myself. Got burned once for 300 bucks for a cabin filter and an alignment. Wasn’t going to happen again.

Green GMC in general and specifically Brad Bisbee (sales professional) and Jim Anderson (general manager) are delightful to work with. On the Service side working with Todd and Kathy has been painless as well. Even though Green is a large GMC dealer they treat customers with respect and follow the golden rule. My family has purchased four vehicles from them and have always delivered exactly what they promised. Equally important, Green GMC respects our wishes to pass on additional services like extended warranties and service plans. For some customers they can provide good piece of mind and are presented thoughtfully, however they most importantly respect our old school approach to pass on those things. I highly recommend working with Brad if you are in the market for a new GMC.
Quality service in a timely manner - Attinea
When my Honda needs service, all I have to do is call...and I am worked in almost immediately (or to fit my schedule); I am given an estimate of cost of service to be provided and time it will take; if needed they will pick up and return my car (or I can wait on site while the work is done). Upon completion, staff go over the bill which shows what actually was serviced and/or checked and then I am asked if I have any questions. Your service managers have certainly honed your system so it runs smoothly and delivers great service and information. I'll certainly keep coming back. (M. Travillian)
