Started out buying a vehicle across state lines, and - GAGE M HUNT
Started out buying a vehicle across state lines, and immediately had an issue come up. We figured ok no problem because there was a kia certified dealer super close to us. We figured the fix would be covered under the manufacturer warranty, but our mistake was bringing it to Midwest Kia. Starting off, the tech was not honest about the report writing even after directly speaking with him, and him saying he was not sure of the cause but he "felt" this had to be the case. Got a lot of grief about getting the contact information for Kia Consumer Affairs. And kept being told that they looked everywhere for the part, but it was on back order nationwide. Fast forward 7 weeks later of having the Jenn Psaki of Kia Consumer Affairs saying he would circle back to us when he got answers, and Galian, the district rep, not willing to speak or hear us out, and Midwest Kia not even able to get us a loaner car for the time being. We ended up contacting the original dealership we bought it from in Oklahoma, to see what they could find...they found the part in 2 days...2 days!!! We ended up pulling the vehicle from Midwest Kia because we felt we were being taken advantage of . The only person who seemed to be on our side was Pat from the service dept. We will prob never buy Kia again, and def will never go back to Midwest Kia
