I received exceptional customer service from Steve Hill in the Service Center. He was knowledgeable & helpful with the issues I was experiencing. My car was completed the same day and had been cleaned inside & out. Mechanics were finally able to fix my convertible top that another company couldn’t.

took car in for recall back window would not come back up after reprogram they would not check with out additional cost , suggested I need regulator 582.00 to fix, picked up car got home took door panel off took 7 minutes unplugged regulator, plugged back in works great, no regards for customer just about how many hours and dollars they can get, did call and ask for manager before I wrote review said they would have someone call me back, that never happened
Went in for warranty work. - Jason
Went in for the drivers door seal, rattling in the front end apon acceleration and a CV boot. When my wife took it in they told her the car is still under warranty but they may have to charge us $80 for diagnostics. Since they didn't have the parts in they had us bring the car back up when the parts got in. I took the car up when the parts were supposed to be there, well they were not, so had to make another trip up there. More time and money waisted. While I was there I explained the rattling in the front end and the shop manager treated me like an idiot. He said "it was just a empty can of chew in the door and I dont hear it anymore." That was after I told him we heard it on the test drive before anything was in the car. He insisted it was the can. I have been working on cars for 20+ years, I know the difference between a can in the door and a rattle in the front end. What gets me the most is they knew I was coming back in by appointment yet they didn't have a loaner they could give us. So now I have to find a ride back to the dealership if they have it done by the promised time. More time and money waisted. I am so glad that I don't have a full time job that if I call in to much, I will be fired that I use to pay my bills.

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again.
When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!!

Not only did the brakes pads they replaced and the strut they fixed start making noises after only a few months, when I got the car back both times something else had been broken on my car and oil and dirty rags were left on the carpet. They owe me a blinker switch!
