If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere.

The service I receive here is always stellar rivaled only by the service offered at any JW Marriott the world over. The staff is always pleasant and engaging, well dressed, helpful, and most importantly they are efficient. There is some sort of hospitality put forth by each and every employee during every visit and everyone seems to have a fairly decent sense of humor, which is refreshing. Hopefully I get the names correct here, TJ in the service department and Erin at rentals made some things happen for me recently and I appreciate it tremendously. The only bummer to that recent visit was that upon pulling in I joked with the husky red headed young man who checked me in that I was there to claim my prize, I had won the monthly valued member raffle. The prize was a Toyota visor, a hoodie, and logoed decals. I have yet to receive these items and my humor escaped the young man. 😆 Thanks! "

After ordering service online I arrived early understanding I would have to wait longer. The service guy acted as though he had no idea why I was there. My appointment was at 8:00 AM but they took an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires on my Prius then they asked for more money than I was quoted for cleaning supplies and stuff he said. So I paid the extra. He also told me my Coolants needed to be changed for about 129.00 times two for radiator and inverter luck they didn't have time that day. So I went to a local mechanic that told me it would cost me about 80.00 dollars for coolant change. guess who is doing the coolants and the rest of my mechanical work? Here's a clue NOT Watermark.

TRIED TO CALL AND SET UP AND APPOINTMENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. FIRST TIME PHONE RANG UNTIL IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL. HUNG UP AND TOUGHT I WOULD JUST CALL BACK LATER. SECOND CALL I GOT LADY WANTING TO PUT ME ON HOLD. I SAID OK AND I WAITED ABOUT 3 MIN. I HAD THINGS TO DO SO I HAD TO HANG UP AND TRY LATER. THIRD CALL I WAS ASKED TO BE PUT ON HOLD. I SAID NO. I initially called the dealership to schedule an appointment but was put on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes before I gave up. I tried calling about 10 more times that day to no avail so I drove to schedule an appointment. Once there I scheduled the appointment. I came back at the scheduled time only to be told they could not do it then and to have the man blame it on one of his coworkers. I politely agreed to come back another day. The service was still terrible and I will never trust this dealer with my car. They are irresponsible and rude and would much rather drive and hour to take my business somewhere where they actually care about customers.

Pocketed monies I paid for services. I'm not even positive that the services were even completed. Services were not always recorded on Toyota. Many years,I only had 1 service recorded. I have service receipts which show oil change and tire rotations at least 2 times a year if not 3. What's happened with the monies that were paid? Sad to think that this only affected me starting June 2006. How many countless others were screwed prior to that time and until the Feds got them in April 2017? All I can say is that Karma is a xxxxx. Wait for it!

I always take my vehicles there for service. They check everything for me with the Multi-Point Inspection and fill up all of the fluids at no charge! I recommend them to everyone, they work on all types of vehicles, not just Toyota. If my vehicle needs something they let me know, they are honest and don't try to sell me things I don't need.
