The only good thing about the service department is the girl up front always caring and attentive every single time i come in. She’s always helpful and you can tell she loves her job and her customers but Ive noticed they treat her very disrespectful, Im pretty sure the manager is a sexist pig. It’s unfortunate because a female in that position shouldn’t be treated like that.

I bought the exterior Xzilon protection for my 24 month - Melodylecornu

I bought the exterior Xzilon protection for my 24 month old Sienna. We drove to Florida with no night driving and when we got home had bugs embedded in the clear coat. The detailer and body shop have never seen anything like this. I took it to the dealer for warranty however, paint is not covered even with the extra protection package. I tried to call Xzilon and they do not answer. I called Toyota, but they will do anything unless the dealer contacts them. My husband talked me into a Toyota because he said they were great cars with great service.

I initially called the dealership to schedule an appointment but was put on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes before I gave up. I tried calling about 10 more times that day to no avail so I drove to schedule an appointment. Once there I scheduled the appointment. I came back at the scheduled time only to be told they could not do it then and to have the man blame it on one of his coworkers. I politely agreed to come back another day. The service was still terrible and I will never trust this dealer with my car. They are irresponsible and rude and would much rather drive and hour to take my business somewhere where they actually care about customers.

Picketed - Sick

Pocketed monies I paid for services. I'm not even positive that the services were even completed. Services were not always recorded on Toyota. Many years,I only had 1 service recorded. I have service receipts which show oil change and tire rotations at least 2 times a year if not 3. What's happened with the monies that were paid? Sad to think that this only affected me starting June 2006. How many countless others were screwed prior to that time and until the Feds got them in April 2017? All I can say is that Karma is a xxxxx. Wait for it!

Thorough Checkup - Flipperforever

This is about the service center. I bought a certified 4runner and I get two checkups. I've been to that service center with other Toyota's and I never have any trouble with them. A lot of the service guys have been there for years, so they know Toyota's and they're good at what they do. They can take their experience from the previous Toyota models that they've worked on. They have a little gym and wifi and a little restaurant and she's very nice lady. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I recently broke down in Berea Kentucky while on a trip home to South Carolina from Illinois. I had my Toyota sienna towed to Toyota south in Richmond the morning after it broke down. I explained the situation to the service manager and assistant service manager. I ended up having to stay in a motel for three days. However, I commend Lily, Joe, Jim and the tech that worked on my van. My wife and I were extremely stressed out being stranded 300 miles from home. Everyone I dealt with throughout the ordeal was understanding of our situation. They really did jump through hoops to get us back on the road. Thanks to the service department, we made it home safe.
