YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED AT THIS PLACE ,Hour and a half left in the work day , heading to florida and i was turned away by the service manager DAN WHITE , i asked if they could check the fluid in my front differential because i heard a loud whining noise , i was told they were not interested in my business because i was hauling a trailer . I was asked to leave knowing i had a problem, my truck now sits in fredricksburg virginia at another chevy dealer waiting on a front differential, mine had literally fell apart internally because there was not enough fluid in it. Thanks CAPITAL and to add to this a MR.Lee replied to a review and blatantly lied about the whole thing. ive never met the man and he claimed he looked at my truck and didnt see anything wrong with it and decided i had no problem. I never left my truck so there was no way he ever looked at my truck at all. i really don't think he thought his response over to much before posting it, i called him out on it and got no reply. its more then obvious that capital is having major issues in the service dept. look at all the recent reviews, its all negative. Damage control should start by owning up to your faults and correcting them , not by calling the customer a liar and attacking the customer.

this dealership has gone so low as to now they are fabricating outright stories that could have never happened.
MR Lee AND MR WHITE had no regards for my life or anyone elses that day . knowingly allowing me to leave with front end problems , knowing i could have wrecked killed myself or others. all because i had trailer with a a mower on it. im ashamed to know these 2 still have jobs. i will do my best to expose this whole event

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. DO NOT TAKE your Business to Hoffman Chevrolet while I was out of town in Hagerstown visiting my daughter new Base. I started having issues with my 2010 Tahoe 2 days before having to head back home to Ohio. I took my Tahoe in 1st thing Tuesday morning 03/06/2018. To be told the alternator and tensioner pulley was bad and couplings. $1,000.00 repair, I had no choice but to pay the bill hope for the best. My Son and I left town Wednesday Morning 03/07/2018, the Tahoe started making the same noises half way home 7 hour drive. I was forced to pull off highway 2.5 hours from home when the passenger side wheel bearing went out !!! During a snow storm strained had to have the Tahoe Towed 2.5 hours home. That was the scariest experience I've ever had to get through. Broke down so far from home and it's snowing so hard can't see 30 ft in front of you thru the mountains. I had to have both Wheel Hub Bearings replaced the passenger side was by far the worse. The Multi-Point Inspection is practically blank, if they had checked the brakes they would have found the rocking of the wheel because the bearing was going out. I do not believe my Tahoe was driven, they would have found that the bearings where going out.
I called the Dealership about what had happened about the misdiagnosis of my Track and the results of the correct repair NOT being done. I call Mr. Greg King Service Dept Manager 03/08/2018, told him what happened he said he would talk to the Mechanic and call me Monday. He never called me back, I called 03/14/2018 left VM, he still didn't call back. I called again 03/15/2018 Mr. King told me he is not responsible for miss diagnosing my Truck, his mechanic did the repairs for the sounds I told him about. Have a nice day and hung up on me !!!
On 03/16/2018 I receive a call from Hoffman Chevrolet to follow on my service at the dealership and was told my 2010 Tahoe is in HIGH demand wanting to buy the Track from me !!! Are you SERIOUS ??? I explained what had happened and the Rep said that is NOT how they want the Customers treated and she would follow up with the GM.
I'm NOT surprised at all I haven't heard from ANYONE !!
For the SAFETY of your Love Ones DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here they DO NOT CARE. It's ALL about the DOLLAR not your SAFETY . Needless to say I will let as many people I can know about this experience since they do not care to talk to me about what happened. I guess since I'm from out of town Customer Service doesn't apply.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

Took my 2015 Silverado in to have Diagnostic done due to running rough ,shuttering with light throttle increase after up to speed. After they had it two days I was told I needed a new transmission because of a bad torque converter and metal in the fluid due to mileage ( 159,000 ). I was given an estimate of $5,000.39 to replace the transmission, chose not to do that without a second opinion. I took it to a transmission shop after looking at it for twenty minutes and test driving it I was told there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Was told to change the spark plugs and wires and clean the throttle body. I had already changed the plugs and throttle body prior to this, so I purchased new plug wires installed and the truck has been running great since. The other shop said that the fluid was a little dirty and suggested I have a flush and filter change done which I plan to have them do. Had similar experience when it was Courtesy Chevrolet, thought it have may change with new ownership guess not.

I have been to other shops and NO ONE has ever made my SUV look this good. Thank you Ed and the entire crew at Jones Body and Collision Center! Ed goes way above and beyond. Would never recommend. Very poor service department. Repairs not completed. Agents do not answer messages left by phone and email....just one example: have taken car in 2 times to get sunroof leaks fixed. Entire inside of car wet with condensation, floor mats soaked in water. After 2 days and $800+ paid, leaks/water recurred. On 11/11 tried to make appt. via internet but site broken. Sent emails to Brian, service agent and Bob Schrader, Gen. manager to set appt. On 11/12, called, spoke to Leo, Service mgr. Said he would have my car picked up TODAY, would let me know time. Never heard frrom Leo. By 2pm, called Leo, Brian, left messages. Still no responses. Finally got Brian on phone at 4:30. He thought Leo made plans for pickup. Did not say why never answered voice mail messages. Said he would have car picked up tomorrow. FINALLY heard from Leo at 5pm, said he "got busy and forgot". Great service!!??,eh?I Am NOT associated with VW dealership or service. center.

The shop did a nice job of coordinating with the insurance company of the party that caused the damage. They did the repair in a timely manner, and the repair looks really nice.
