If I could give zero I would. My mom had her car towed here with an appointment on Tuesday February 27th and received no call that the car was even there let alone to ask why it was being towed. We are calling and asking if the car is there we either get no response and voicemail or a response from the receptionist that the advisor is busy. I FINALLY get in touch with the advisor through email on Thursday February 29th after sending 3 messages asking what is going on and The response I got was "Sorry we havent had a chance to look at it yet. All of my diag techs have been busy. I will get this in as soon as possible " I responded asking when the ETA might be and received nothing. 2 more days pass and we have not heard anything. It is now Saturday March 2nd. My mom is calling tying to get in touch with someone or ANYONE including salesto find out what is going on with her car and if we can have it towed someplace else just to find out service is closed. She ended up going up there and talking to someone in sales who tried to help her find her keys because there was NO repair order written for her car or any paperwork stating that the car was even there. They finally find the keys and they are sitting on someone's desk out in the open. We towed the vehicle closer to home and received a call today March 8th thanking her for servicing with them.... when she called back to tell them what happened, the number wasn't even in service!!! This was a horrible experience from start to finish and I have never had an experience like this anywhere else.
