KENNY ROGERS IS THE WORSE MANAGER IVE DEALT WITH SINCE LEAVING THE LAST DEALERSHIP I WORKED FOR! WE ACTUALLY HAD A CONVERSATION ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. KEVIN WAS PLEASANT UP UNTIL I DIDNT AGREE TO DO THE WORK AND WAS INITIALLY TOLD THAT MY RECALL WAS BEING DONE AS WELL AS THE COUPLER. BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS FINE WHEN I DIDNT AGREE TO THE WORK! I WAS TOLD BY KENNY ROGERS THAT THE COUPLER WAS DUE TO THE ISSUE WITH THE SERVICES THAT I DIDNT AGREE TO HAVE DONE ‘BELT TENSIONER, ALTERNATOR PULLY, AND VALVE INTAKE $850. I ALSO PAID $99 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION THAT I WAS ORIGINALLY WUOTED $120 BEFORE I ASKED FOR AN DISCOUNT OF SOME SORT. AND ON THE WORK ORDER IT SAYS THAT THERE WAS AN 27 POINT INSPECTION COMPLETED AND FLUIDS TOPPED OFF, BUT MY COOLANT AND WASHER FLUID IS STILL EMPTY AND HAD TO FILL THEM UP TODAY BEFORE MY TRIP! I PRAY THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE CORRECTLY! AND THAT WAS THE ONLY SERVICE THAT WAS COMPLETED... THE SERVICE I PAID FOR... HOW CONVENIENT!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THE LOOK OF THE PLACE REPLICATES WHO YOUR DEALING WITH! GM... START FROM THE TOP AND START OVER CUASE THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT IN YOUR BUSINESS AND BY TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY ... YOUR BUSINESS WONT STRIVE!! WATCH THE NUMBERS CAUSE IF KENNY ROGERS DOESNT GET HIS CUSTOMERS SERVICE BETTER.... YOU LOSE!!!

Don't use this service department. We bought a 2 year old Sorento here in 2018 and noticed a sound on turning immediately. It took them almost 2 years to and $800 in unnecessary repairs to figure out it was the rear differential which cost $3000. Two months later the engine had to be entirely replaced. A week after that the catalytic converter. Now two weeks after that repair they want a couple thousand to replace two front axles!! This is the only place that I've ever taken my car and they have really messed me over. After spending all this money my car is undriveable. Buyer Beware

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

I came into the dealership to get it in my tires. After getting it filled, the brought it back and I saw nail it the back passenger tire. They took care of it with no issues at no charge. They were extremely friendly and gave no issues. Mark in the service department and the General sales manager Kevin Murphy are the BEST!!!!!
