I had to have my brand new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hubrid towed here on April 3rd. The dealership evaluated the vehicle and advised the radiator was busted due to stone chips.coming back through the grill. There is no damage to the front of the car or anywhere on the car for that matter. So two things. Something else happened, or the vehicle is designed terribly and the radiator poorly protected from normal driving conditions. I believe they simply put the screws to me because I did not buy the car here. But they most concerning thing was the lack of care or concern. Do not buy Hyundai and especially do not buy from Thomas, they simply don't care and only want your money.

They use OEM parts. The work is great. Super friendly service. You’re kept updated throughout the process. I picked up my car and was like “WOW”. I don’t know what they use to clean the outside but my car don’t look that good when it was brand new. I wish the had a detail service. I’ve had to use them a few times and am always happy. I won’t use anywhere else.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible

I've been going to this dealer for years. Mr. Franz Pichardo has always been pleasant, professional, honest and tries his best to give his customers the best prices he can. My vehicle has lasted a long time because as far as I can tell, they do the work as it should be done. When I leave their establishment after having service done, I feel confident I won't have any problems. And I haven't. I'm sorry many people haven't had positive experiences there, but unfortunately it depends on who you deal with. Ms. Jeannie who schedules the appts. is great too.

I hate getting a new car, Wilkins treated my husband and I like family. No pressure, excellent knowledge to answer all questions. I did not have to haggle on the price, they started lower than another dealer emailed, it was a no-brainer. We had to turn in current leased cars 30 minutes away and Wilkins provided transportation, just like family! Lastly, they maintained social distancing during the entire process, and you could smell how clean the showroom was. Thank you, Joy & Fred
