I had plans to purchase a new Outback Wilderness in a few - Bill
I had plans to purchase a new Outback Wilderness in a few days. I Stopped by Fitzgerald Subaru on a gut feeling Thursday, and it turned out to be a great decision. I was immediately greeted by James Richard’s. He was no pressure, easy to talk to, like running into an old high school buddy. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle functions and answered all my questions. The management team was also a pleasure to work with. Most dealerships I’ve been to lately, the sales manager is hiding somewhere in an obscure office where the salesperson will visit and carry back messages, but you really never know who’s making the decisions. It’s a very cold and not very customer service oriented. Well, I am happy to report that was not the case here at Fitzgerald. Instead of playing messenger games, they just said what can we do to have you leave happy with a new vehicle today? The manager Nick was right on the sales floor and came over and introduced himself. There were no hours of trying to wear you down with an unknown person in a hidden office somewhere. They were transparent, answered all questions, and gave me a great deal. I now know after years of hearing Mr. Fitzgerald on the radio talking about the “Fitz Way”, what it actually means. In the past I purchased my new cars from MileOne dealerships, but no more! Thanks to James and Nicks dedication to both transparency, and customer service/satisfaction, I will be a Fitzgerald customer from now on!
