I brought my car after having received an estimate for work that needed to be done on the suspension from another dealership. Volvo Cars Plymouth fixed only what was broken - the other dealership wanted me to replace parts that were not in need of replacing. Plymouth saved me over $2000! They are totally my go-to from this point on. Thank you so much Josh in service.

Always great service.
I deleted my last review because you asked for a 25 word minimum. I think that’s unnecessary and maybe why some survey respondents give up immediately. Rethink this.

We have been dealing with Cape Cod Volvo for a number of years (3 different cars) and they have provided consistently excellent service. Our present Volvo (a plug in hybrid XC60) is a gem, and they have been right on the mark in helping us adjust to this new style of vehicle.

Top of the line Service Center - jamiewhalen
I am so impressed with the service center of Volvo of Norwood. Each time I have been in they are ready and waiting. They are always timely and refer to me by name, making me feel right at home. Today I went in and had some things done and worked with Peter, he's wonderful. No question is a dumb question to him and his positive attitude makes me so happy to be around a company that picks top of the line service professionals.
I absolutely love it at Volvo of Norwood, see you soon!

I scheduled my first service with my new (to me) Volvo last week. I booked valet online, and got text and email confirmations. The day of pick up John called me and went over all my concerns in detail, and took a list of accessories I was interested in. The vehicle has been in my possession less than a month, so I had a recall done and expressed a few things I found to be quirky. John was very patient and attentive on our calls, and never made any promises he couldn’t keep or excuses for a system error they had which caused my vehicle pick up to be a little late. they even left me the specific loner vehicle I had requested that my wife was interested in purchasing. The service was thorough and they identified a couple issues as I expected and did everything under warranty with no issues at all. They even washed the car for me before returning it. The valet guys were courteous as well, I saw them putting plastic on my seats and cleaning contact areas in both my car and the loaner. So far my first experience with Volvo cars Worcester has been 10/10.
10/30/20Customer recommendation for Mr. Adam Centauro,... - VolvoDriver2002
Customer recommendation for Mr. Adam Centauro, Service Advisor at Boston Volvo Cars, Brighton, MA. and the entire service department
Boston Volvo Cars never fails to deliver the best service possible. I've been a customer for almost 20 years since I bought the first of five Volvo cars and wouldn't buy another car or have service done anywhere else. Whether it's a massive job, such as rebuilding my vintage Volvo, or purchasing a brand new vehicle, I have never found the slightest fault in anything this dealership's service department provides.
Just last week I brought my car in for service. Adam Centauro was my service advisor and as always, was a model of professionalism and efficiency; he provides information with a pleasant manner as he clearly explains, in detail, what a car needs and why. It is refreshing to experience such respect for the customer's curiosity and ability to understand their vehicle. In addition, Boston Volvo never skips the extra step, they go over the whole car and if something else may need attention soon, they let you know so you can plan for upcoming repair or maintenance if need be. In this case, it was an exhaust support bracket that was worn and I was able to get it done before it could fail, saving me time, trouble, and expense. Everything they do is top notch, you can see how well the team works together and the respect they share for one another and their customers. They take pride in everything they do, and it shows. Truly a superb customer experience!

Leased a 2019 XC90 T6 from Village Volvo of Danvers. Our plan was to lease then purchase at the end of the lease. We had full confidence in the reliability of Volvo vehicles. We first experienced a check engine light a year into the lease. Turned out to be a evaporation line. They replaced, but then six months later the check engine light came on again. Same problem, an evaporation line again. Along with the check engine light, our entire sound system made loud static/clicking noises instead of music or turn signal sounds. This lasted two days and then with a software update, it went away and they replaced the evaporation line a second time. At this point we were concerned about the issues with the car and were having reservations about purchasing at the end of the lease. Six months later the check engine light came on again! Turned out to be the same problem with the evaporation line, but head of service decided to confirm this issue and was concerned it was the third time it happened. They ended up replacing the entire filler neck. Head of service specifically said that "this should not happen again and if it does we are going to get you into a new car, this shouldn't happen!" He also stated, "I'm concerned that if this happens again the car may shut down and leave you and your family stranded." Service was great and I appreciate that they cared and restored some confidence in the vehicle, but now we were interested into getting out of the lease. I contacted Bruce in leasing with our concerns and over two months, he kept promising to get us out of the lease and/or try to resolve the issues. The only things we experienced from Bruce we're empty promises, weeks of never calling us back and constantly trying to chase him down. We felt like he avoided us and never really wanted to help us with our car issues. The three times we did talk he tried to explain that we had to pay thousands of dollars to get out of the lease. I explained to Bruce that we leased this car with the intent to buy because it was a safe reliable car. We did love the car, but with all the mechanical and electrical problems we had, we wanted to start fresh and either get into a new lease or have them extend the warranty and run the car through service for a full checkup to back their product. Bruce stated, "you want us to just give you a free warranty! We can't do that, that's thousands of dollars, we'd lose money. If you don't like the car that just get rid of it." At that point a was extremely frustrated and felt Bruce just lies and tried to get more money out of us. Ultimately, he just yelled into the phone at me and I hung up. Bruce never cared about helping us out, even when I explained that it was Volvo's car that had the issues at no fault of ours. We have kept up with all service appts. and the problems we experienced were because the car was built with poor or faulty parts. Recently, our electrical system went wild. Sound system started clicking again instead of hearing the radio and our tailgate would open and close for two days straight. We woke up one morning to the tailgate open and my wife watched the tailgate of the car open and close in the parking lot at work. At this point we feel helpless because we were told to contact Tony Benoloti, we left two messages and heard nothing back. We called Volvo's headquarters and are in the process of filing a complaint. We will follow up on the result from our corporate complaint to see if anything good comes out of this, but thanks to Bruce my faith in Volvo as a reliable and safe car company are gone. Just another sale!$$

On 1/3/08, my ‘05 VW Passat had a burning smell and began to smoke from the rear. I had it towed to Barry VW. Service Manager Carl Evans had me sign a form to have the car diagnosed and arranged a courtesy ride to Enterprise car rental. The next day, Carl called with the results of the diagnosis: $1700 and 4-5 days, as the car needed “a new turbo line and turbo charger,” coming to $970 in parts and $670 in labor. I asked him to be more specific about the parts, to break it down by item. He said the $970 included the turbo line, charger and any necessary gaskets. I requested a written estimate. He said it’s not written down; he could just tell me over the phone. I said I wanted to stop by and pick up a written estimate; he said they don’t write them down. A $1700 repair, plus accruing rental car costs, put me in a financial crisis. I called Carl and asked if Barry would do any financing or payment arrangements for a repair that costly. He said no, but to try VW credit. I applied online at VWcredit.com in an attempt to get enough money to cover the repair bill. I considered not fixing the car and trading it in at the dealership there for an older car for my daughter in college. I asked friends and family for help. I sweated it out. Meanwhile, I had the car towed to another garage for a second opinion. As I paid the $100 diagnosis charge at Barry to get the key back, Carl told me again, “It needs a new turbo. Let me know if you decide to get it fixed.” The second opinion at Village Garage was radically different, resulting in a $147, hour-long repair. The diagnosis was a plugged breather screen. The mechanic cleared the screen and replaced the air filter and the problem was solved. This was nearly $1600 less than the repairs needed as stated by Barry VW. As a result of Barry’s fraudulent diagnosis, I incurred over $500 in car rental expenses, missed two days of work, tried to secure a credit line to cover the high repair cost, and had a week of extreme duress handling all this. When presented with the opportunity to take responsibility for the situation and make it right, Barry’s “powers that be” would consent to only one thing: refunding the $100 diagnosis fee.

I have been taking my IS250 to Lexus of Watertown for a while and then I switched just for minor tune up to Ishkan's Bazarian Motors thanks to my friend's recommendation, who is a car enthusiast. Since then, I never took my car to Lexus of Watertown again. Now, I pay between 50 to 70 percent less than I was paying at my dealership and get the same (or even better) service - the only thing I miss is the nice coffee machine and leather seats:)
I love my experience at this little shop - first, I knew I am not being screwed, second, I was getting superb service and third, my service finally got more personal. Ishkan is really friendly, trying to always help out anyway possible. Once, I had two flat tires after going over a huge stone on I-85 north at night and just towed my car to his place and left him voice-mail on his phone that night. I knew my car was all set, hassles free - and yes it was! He called me the next day and found really good replacements for the tires. I could never get this kind of service from my Lexus dealership. Although, I moved from Waltham to Wellesley, I still go to service my car here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I WENT TO ELITE AUTO SALES IN ABINGTON,MA ON 8/15/08 TO SIGN OFF ON SOME PAPERWORK ON A MATTER THAT WAS ALREADY SETTLED WITH THE OWNER. WHEN I WENT IN I WAS TREATED WITH THE UTMOST DISRESPECT. THE SALESMAN THERE PROCEEDED TO SWEAR AND USE VERY STRONG VULGER LANGUAGE TOWARDS ME IN FRONT OF MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. I AM A MARRIED MOTHER OF THREE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. IF THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES THAT ELITE AUTO EMPLOYS THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THEM. I WOULD STRONGLY RECONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE.

Great Experience at Haddad - lahk
Jimi was wonderful to work with. I was leasing a car for the first time instead of buying one and he was thorough and patient with guiding me through the process and making me comfortable with my choice. I was not there for service; I was there to lease a new car.
Therefore , the rest of this page of the evaluation is meaningless.

I have been here 3 times and they did a good job taking care of my car. Two rear-enders and one side-swipe and they brought my car back to showroom condition and with OEM parts. They even buffed my car and made it shine like new.

If you have a BMW DO NOT GO HERE. I'm sure they are fine for Audi and Volkswagen. There are plenty of places that specialize in BMWs. This is not one of them.
