I recently had an impressive experience at my local KIA dealership, and I just had to share! I booked an oil change appointment online for 4:30 PM and planned to wait while it was done. However, when I arrived, James informed me that my appointment was mistakenly set for 3:30 PM, and they were already closed. Feeling a bit flustered, I showed him my phone confirming the 4:30 time. James was incredibly apologetic and assured me he’d get me in as soon as possible. True to his word, I was rescheduled for two days later.
When I returned, James immediately recognized me and apologized again for the mix-up, ensuring I would be taken care of. I settled in to do some work, and before I knew it, James personally came out to let me know my car was ready. Not only was the service prompt, but everything was A-OK with my vehicle.
This is the second KIA I’ve purchased from this dealership, previously known as Dan O’Brien, and I must say, the service under the new ownership has been exceptional. I’ve never had such a positive experience before, and I’m grateful for the attentive and efficient service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer care!
