Z is amazing! - Dennisl
I stopped in at Suburban Mazda to get an oil change on my 2017 cx3. While sitting there my wife noticed a beautiful 2019 cx9. We looked at it for a while and then we asked the young lady in the sales department if we could test drive one. We did and it was very nice. I wasn’t planning on getting a new vehicle, just in for an oil change for our car which only had 26.000 miles in it. The young ladies name was Z (short for Zahara). She was great. Very professional and not pushy at all. We left the dealership with her card. I called back 3 days later to see what would be needed if we were interested in buying the cx9. Z told me everything I needed and after abiut 15 emails back and forth (she responded to each very quickly by the wsy) O told her wd would take it. We picjed it up today and couldn’t be happier. I will go back to Z in the future and will also recommend her to anyone I know.
I went to Suburban Mazda of Troy and got my engine... - Liu
I went to Suburban Mazda of Troy and got my engine coolant replaced today. The whole service experience was excellent! It's my third time to work with the service advisor Steven Lesh and he is always so friendly, helpful, and professional. I passed by the dealership and asked Steven how soon I can do the coolant replacement and he arranged the service immediately for me so I don't need to go home and come back on another day. Steven also found a discount coupon for me to save me some money. Steven is also a car guy and we had nice chat on cars. I highly recommend Suburban Mazda of Troy and advisor Steven Lesh for servicing your Mazda!
GREAT SERVICE (BODY SHOP) - Rodney E.
I got into an accident and had my vehicle was taken to the body shop at Orrin B. Hayes. My insurance company was terrible to deal with, however, the body shop Manager MARY WOODS was excellent and made sure everything was taken care of and my vehicle was repaired timely and properly!!! If it had not been for MARY who knows how long or what would of happen. Hopefully I never have to return to a body shop, but if I do - No other place for me except for Orrin B. Hayes.
Service - cornell
Service worked at solving 2 problems. It did take 3 days after it was already precertified. Had to drive 3 days to take new purchase home.
Very happy customer - JKL
Bought my Mazda here in 2011. Have returned for all maintenance and have received great service from a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction.
Awful service department - Unhappy2016
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever gotten in the automotive industry. We had our Mazda 3 towed in for engine problems for them to tell us the last people who did the oil change messed it up due to improper installation of the oil filter and the engine was shot. THEY did the last oil change and refused to do anything about it. We asked for the oil filter serial number (we suspect the old filter was put on instead of a new one) to prove it was from prior to the oil change done at their service department, and a few weeks later they called to tell us they did another oil change to see if it would help, never giving us the serial number or the part we asked for. From the other reviews on here I see I am not the first to have engine problems due to negligence of a proper oil change. Needing my car I was forced to pay for a new engine myself, but I will be taking this up with the attorney general.
2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation - WmHB
Need I say more??
Took vehicle that has 33,000 miles on it in with no transmission leak and came home with one. Maybe ironic, but seems near impossible.
Same DTC, same story, no repairs.. - Disgruntled Owner
I'm seeing a P0128 DTC for thermostat recurring. After each visit to Thayer for service, they do nothing more than clear the DTC and tell me to return if the check engine light comes back on. How many time do I need to go to the dealer before they actually fix the problem? After 3 visits I'm still driving a car with the CEL illuminated!
