I liked the process; how easy it was to purchase my vehicle. Called Shane Mahowald and discussed getting a new car as my lease was up. He explained the different purchasing options and the different monthly payments. I told him the color of the vehicle and wanted the interior to be lighter. I completed the credit request online and texted photos of my license and insurance. I was approved the next morning and arranged to be at the dealership by 1:15 to complete the transactions. I met Shane and Philip J Trovato, who took out my old mats and washed them for me, and put them into my new car. I then sat down with Lisa Wolters (Business Manager), to my surprise all of the leasing information and documentation was already prepared and ready to sign. The pricing had already been discussed, and there were no surprises. It was unbelievable how organized this dealership is. The total time from arriving at the dealership and completing the transaction, and driving away with my new car was only 40 minutes. Before leaving Shane and Philip had my Nissan app on my phone and my cell phone programmed to the new Rogue. I have had nothing but great experiences with Shane and the team at Eden Prairie Nissan in purchasing all my vehicles for the last 5 years. I can't say enough for my praises, appreciation, and recognition of the Eden Prairie Nissan team. I will be coming down again very soon to get my wife her new car. The trip is @ 45 minutes and I pass several other Nissan dealerships, but I trust only going to this dealership because of the great experiences and customer service. I also bought the Service Contract for the oil changes and tire rotations. This was the easiest, fastest, and best experience in purchasing a car, I have ever had. I recently purchased a ford explorer. My salesman Doug Boles was fantastic.Doug took his time and explained how the whole process of buying a vehicle from apple ford. He answered all my questions and took the time to setup my phone with my new explorer. Apple ford is lucky to have a salesman like Doug. The appraiser and the sales manager were very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed. The financing was an easy process and they explained everything to me. You guys have a great dealership and I won’t hesitate to recommend you to all my friends and family !Doug thanks again for all your help usually I’m all stressed out when I make a big purchase but you made it very easy!!! No buyers remorse this time.

Ak made the process so easy, and he was super down to earth. Being a single woman made me very nervous to look at cars, because I've heard how the process is and how pushy salespeople can be. AK was the total opposite. He brought the car I was interested in to my job so I can do a test run, answered my million questions and repeated himself when I asked the same thing over and over again. He was able to match another price I got for the financing, with the color and style I wanted. Luke was also wonderfully blunt and patient with my questions. Everything was clear, easy, and I never felt pressured by the process. They even delivered my car to my house!
