Really great Dealership! When I started searching to purchase a truck I called my local dealership and didn’t even receive a return phone call. Luckily I discovered Rainbow and Ricky Boone. I received a good price and was able to place a special order without any difficulty. Ricky kept me informed throughout the process while we waited on the truck to arrive. The ordering process took a couple months but once it arrived at the dealership we made the three hour trip for pick up. While driving back home I realized my AC wasn’t operating properly so I called Ricky for assistance. Even though the dealership was about to close he demanded I bring it back so they could check it out. As soon as I returned to the dealership the service department jumped on figuring out the issue and it didn’t take them to long to get it working correctly. While we waited for the repair we walked next door for supper. When we got back to the dealership Debbie Barry, the sales manager, insisted upon paying for our meal and wouldn’t take no for an answer. They definitely make you feel like you’re at a true “hometown dealership” and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Without a doubt the best dealership experience I’ve ever had!

would not recommend this place if you have to do business with the Service Manager, Henry. I called Blackburn a few days before I was planning on coming in to get my car serviced because I knew I needed a belt replaced and I wanted to make sure that the part was in stock before I arrived so my car would not be in the shop for several days. I asked to make an appointment but was told it was not necessary. I talked to Henry the Service Parts Manager and he informed me that the belt for my Nissan was in stock and it would be no problem to come the first of next week and they would get everything taken care of. I brought my car to the shop in the morning and in the afternoon I got a call saying the did not have a belt for my car and the part would need to be ordered. I asked what happened to the belt and Palmer (i think that was his name) said he had no idea so I asked for the manager to see if maybe he knew. The manager (Henry) told me he had no idea where the part was because he worked in service and not inventory or parts. I told the manager I called and talked to someone who said the belt was in stock and the manager asked who I talked to...it was him...Henry in the Service Department. He had absolutely no recollection of talking to me and confirming the part was in stock. He told me I don't know what happened to the part but the best we can do is order another one to come in tomorrow. I told him the whole reason I called ahead was so that my car would not have to sit in the shop and asked if he could tell me what happened to the belt that was previously in stock. He said he has to go to a managers meeting and he would ask the parts manager. The parts manager forgot he put the belt aside for my car. I also asked for a quote on my car for work documentation where the guard rail had come down on the drivers side and scratched the paint as well as leaving paint scuffs. I was not given a quote. I was told that they just buffed it out, however I was not asked before hand if that was okay. There are still scratches in my car, deeper than just paint, from the guard rail and I cannot get another quote because the damage is only partially taken off and the work was not even completely finished. I would definitely not recommend this place to get your car repaired as they do not keep an inventory of what they have and the communication between departments is non-existent according to Henry.

Didn't take an appointment for an oil change but was able to get right in with barely any time to wait.
Fast & efficient..had me out in less than 35 minutes. Would use again. Was recommended by 3 friends who have done business there for years. Nice waiting area. Clean restroom. Quick check out for payment & cashier seemed really friendly. Price was comparable & that says a lot since my Nissan uses synthetic oil.

Very frustrated with the service department at Carl Hogan. They have had my car for over 2 weeks now - no loaner car has been available even though we have asked several times. They were not able to find the original problem with my car and damaged it in the process (we had driven it home when it started spewing oil, etc). Even though my husband has videos of the problem they say they didn't see anything wrong when they towed it back. Still waiting to hear about the original problem. We have called multiple times this week and have been told we would get calls back but have not - only when we push do they connect us to someone. To say we are frustrated is an understatement.

I brought my vehicle in because of a roaring noise I heard. They replaced struts but told me it was still going to make a noise until I got new tires. I took car to a tire place. There was a bearing going out which the Dodge place never mentioned. When that was repaired I didnt hear the noise anymore. I pd. $1200 to Dodge for their so-called repairs then had to pay about $700 more for more repairs at other shop. Heritage is fine for lightweight stuff..but I really felt like I was just told what I wanted to hear because I was a woman who couldnt dispute them. Well, they put me in a possibly dangerous situation with the bad bearing. Im very dissapointed that I was treated like this.

There service department has caused more damage than what the vehicle came in for on six different occasions. Only once was the vehicle repaired properly the firs time.

We dropped off our car for a door that would not lock and an oil change. We were told it would be around an hour. We came back two hours later to see our car sitting in the parking lot. We ask if it was finished and they told us no so we went to the waiting room. An hour later (after watching our car sit in the parking lot during most of this time) they returned to tell us it was almost finished and they could not find a problem with the door. When we got in the van and locked the doors the door would still not lock. So after 3 hours of total wait time they decided a part needed to be ordered and we should leave it overnight. Waiting 3 hours after being told it will take an hour, talking and playing instead of fixing the car, and then being told it is fixed when it is not is not good customer service.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for service. Decided to buy a new Ram Truck right there on the spot instead. The deal we made was unbelievable. Have never had a more pleasent experience before when purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman worked with us and got us a fantastic deal. Then it was time to go into the financing office. This is usually the part we dread most because of the run around and time it usually takes to close the deal. But that didn't happen this time. We were in an out in no time and the finance representative was so cordial and friendly that he made the once dreaded part of the deal really pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you to all involved for making it fun instead of a much dreaded hassel.

The service department is award winning. Every third Tuesday of the month, a Service Clinic is offered where all employees assist with customer questions regarding their new vehicle purchase. They also offer a light dinner the same night.
