Belk Ford seems to be a shadow of its previous self; especially the service department. Service is on a first-come first-served basis; ergo, no more scheduling of appointments for the customer's convenience. The service staff , especially the lady doing the service writing, was very helpful to me and customer friendly.

After service was completed it took two visits to the cashier and 30 minutes to get my car. Felt like no one was available.

Laurel Ford service department has the car we bought 5 months ago in their shop for the fourth time with the same problem (6th time it's been in a shop since buying 5 months ago) They either don't know what they are doing or they don't want to fix it. Either way, our experience with this has been horrible. The car has been there 7 days right now, it is Friday and they say they may have it fixed by Tuesday of next week because the fuel pump has not come in. I have NO IDEA why they did not ship it overnight! That is 11 days it will be in their shop, if it is even fixed then. Very unacceptable! Ford Motor Co will not stand behind their brand either. Customer service is a joke!

I purchased a Mercury Cougar for my daughter in May 2010. She reported having trouble with it and we discovered that the car had been invovled in a recall. We call Ford motor Company and were referred to this dealer for assistance with the problem.
The service department at the dealership were very accomdating and helpful even though the car had not been purchased through their dealership. It took Ford almost 2 months to provide the needed part and I was not pleased with that. However,the service manager, Mike Fittes was very persistent in checking on the part for me and keeping me informed as to what was being done to get the part here. When the part did arrive, Mr. Fittes promptly call me and I took the car in and it was repaired quickly and efficiently. So far that seems to have taken care of the problem but if it does not you can be assured I will use Preimer Ford service department and in the future recommend their service department to my friends.

In May of 2016 I had to make an emergency stop at their service center because the bumper cover on my Ford Fusion detached on the interstate. At the time, my mother and I were driving across country to Nevada, and it's a blessing that this dealership was conveniently located right off the interstate. As I drove into the service station, I was greeted very warmly by the service repair technician, as well as the sales agent, Mr. Ray Adams, who took very good care of the proceedings on my vehicle repairs. Mr. Adams went above and beyond his professional duties as a sales agent, as he offered us water, and made us feel right at home. Not to mention, the maintenance work was of no charges to me.

I called to schedule an appointment to bring in my truck for heater fan noise. I was scheduled They promptly looked at my truck, fixed a recall and I was done. No parts needed.
