Tech figured out long going problem that a previous dealership was not getting figured out without making up problems just to charge me additional money on top of the very expensive previous repair they already costs me and still the problem followed. Heartland Chevrolet properly identified the issue and found resolution for it.

When I called to make an appointment, the service dept. was able to work on my car the following business day. My car was picked up and returned so I didn't have to leave work. I received a detailed description of the work that was done and any issues my car was having are now resolved. Everyone was friendly and does a fantastic job! This is why we continue to purchase cars from Landers.

Auto Body Experience - 2014TC

I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

Cable-Dahmer has always been reliable. The cost was a little more than I expected, but I was super happy to have the work done. They do keep asking me to trade/upgrade my vehicle (which I find a bit annoying); however, I will probably return at some point in the next couple of years to consider trading in.

Extended warranty that was sold to me won't touch it and dealership won't touch it, so I asked to speak to management. Spoke with sales manager several times, got nowhere. Left message for GM several times and after 2 weeks still no call. If you plan on having service on your vehicle do not buy from this dealership.

Instead, the Service Advisor, Jerry K, set the service order up, and I got the service completed within a short time. Jerry was pleasant, informative, and personable. Yes, it is possible to have a pleasant experience when dealing with car maintenance. Jerry and the service department proved that to me.
