Trip to dealer for service - Margie
I went in for service and while my vehicle was old the service department had taken good care of it. They directed me to a sales person (Steve LaFrance) who sold me a new chevy high country. Steve went the extra mile and I have a new truck now instead of new tires.

Great pricing and customer satisfaction - Keith Harris
I went in to get my 2015 Malibu serviced and fell in love with a 2019 Malibu on the showroom floor. Ryan Spence greeted me and with his knowledge of negotiation and the car itself, I was sold! He made the process very easy and quick. I traded my car in and drove away with my new Malibu.

Dave Werkmann with the service department is a true... - Don Shultz
Dave Werkmann with the service department is a true professional at every turn! His unswerving devotion to customer service is by far unmatched! While in Texas my wife's 2019 vehicle had an issue with the transmission which was still covered under the warranty and it needed repair. We took her vehicle to a Chevy dealership in Victoria, TX for the repair and the staff was less than pleasant and attempted to charges us for the repair and parts. We explained to the service department that the vehicle was still under warranty and they completely denied it was covered and all but called myself and my wife idiots and did not know what we were talking about. We called the South County Bommarito service department and spoke with Dave who was not only diligent but knowledgeable, about our warranty. Dave took the time from approximately 1,000 miles away from where we were and sent me all the warranty information to prove my wife's vehicle was covered. Because of Dave's professional knowledge and devotion to customer service, the TX dealership management confirmed my wife and I were correct about our warranty. Because of Dave's absolute professionalism and devotion to customer service my wife and I will only purchase our next vehicle from South County Bommarito Chevrolet.

This review goes out to the service department my truck which i bought at the dealership new started ahving issues with the transmission, i call them and talked to Ms. Dixie Lee she was very professional and extremely helpful. I have bought several vehi icles from Reliable Cheverolet and i think they are the best bar none. not only did they give me a loaner to drive which by the way it was a 2020 suburban they fixed the issues with my truck and had no cost to me, what they have done for me is beyond expectations it was a genuine care and concern for a customer. They have exceeded the level of service and went way above that, I would like to give an acknowledgement to Dixie Lee the service director who is highly professional and Reliable is very fortunate and blessed to have her. I would also like to give a shout out to the techs who worked on my truck a huge thank you it is vvery much appreciated. To Mr. Matt Maxwell under your leadership you will take this dealership to a whole new level, just know that I am a lifetime customer of this outstanding dealership. Again THANK YOU for the service and to the dedication to your customers.. loyalty does payoff i highly reccommed that you take all your vehice needs to this dealership. 5 stars all round
Amazing Customer Service - MESSEXMARISSA122
This was my first time going to Laura to get a check engine light fixed on my car. They went above and beyond to help figure out what the problem was and a solution to it. Kevin was the guy who helped me understand what was wrong with my car and walked me through the steps on how to fix it and turn it into my warranty. I will definitely be going back to Laura to get anything fixed on my car! Would recommend everyone to go to Laura.
Hassle Free - NBaker
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Belton Auto Credit. Ron (who is sadly retired) was beyond amazing with our first vehicle. Never felt pressured in to buying and always friendly and helpful. Jim has been great with our second vehicle, again friendly and helpful. Never had problems with either vehicle that was not easily and quickly taken care of. Jason and Sean (mechanics) go above and beyond in helping with repairs or just simple questions i may have regarding either vehicle, one of which is already paid off. I have recommended BAC and will continue to do so.

This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in... - Landon_fisher
This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in because the gas gauge stopped working. I was told the part needed to be ordered and would take a week to arrive. A little over a week passed and I was contacted on November 16th to schedule my car to be repaired with the earliest opening being on November 24th. I brought my vehicle in on the 24th and was informed that it was the wrong part and that they would need to order the correct one. I called back on December 10th to schedule a second time to bring in my vehicle to hopefully get it fixed. December 17th was the earliest that they had an opening so I took that appointment day. At this point my fuel gauge is working after this second trip to have it repaired. I was informed that it was actually a recall and I didn't owe anything which was good news after the issues with getting the right part. Fast forward to Christmas/ Dec 25th and I noticed my vehicle leaking gasoline at my sister in law's home as I filled up my car and her driveway has an incline which was how the leak or lack of a seal became known. I didn't have this issue prior to my vehicle being "repaired" which upset me to say the least after everything else that came before this point. I call December 28th as the service department was closed and informed Tyler of the issue. He and I agreed to that they could check it on December 30th. I brought it in and explained how I was parked when the leak happened and he said they would check it out. I called a little late in the afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. I was informed that they couldn't find the leak and then became busy. I agreed that they could keep it another day to find the leak. I got my car back on December 31st with the leak supposedly fixed. I decided to fill up my car today and now it leaks parked in my flat driveway. Very disappointing after all the time and trips. I'm hoping I don't have any further issues that I have to use them for.
I called the dealership back on January 5th very irrate that the leak still wasn't fixed. I was finally offered a loaner car while they attempted to fix the leak yet again. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of January 6th for them to work on it. I received my car back on the 7th as it was returned to me at my job. Which brings us to today. I filled up my tank and come to find out that my gas gauge is now wildly in accurate as when I go up an incline I had a reading of 3/4's full even though I literally filled up. No noticeable leaks were seen so I can only guess it's the fuel gauge. I took videos on the way home to document what I could and then documented it parked in my driveway to which the tank slowly and magically refilled itself slowly. Honestly I'm afraid to take my car back because I don't know what the next thing is that they will mess up while trying to fix one of their other mistakes.

horrible-they put a part in that was defective (turbo replaced) - oil poured out back according to service tech. they replaced part - again oil gone from car - now they say the pistons are bad and that was the problem all a long and will not accept responsibility for placing a defective part in my car. I had no problems with oil level before they placed defective part in my car. So disappointed!
Awful - Honest reviewer
No other words for this dealership besides awful. I have purchased a car from them and would not recommend it to anyone. They say what the need to get you to buy and then they treat you like crap. We have also had a truck repaired by them following an accident and trust me the job was subpar and it was a truck with less than 4000 miles on it. Thwy charge you incorrectly and then DEMAND a credit card to fix their mistake before anyone notices and all that is somehow the customers fault.
I would Not reccomend this place to anyone.....learn from my mistakes and RUN !!!
On Friday October 2, 2020 Pam Heitz the manager of the... - Jessica
On Friday October 2, 2020 Pam Heitz the manager of the service department was very disrespectful to my concerns of my vehicle. 1 Example is she told me that Don Brown Chevrolet can not fix on my vehicle they which is a Nissan Maxima, and I purchased my vehicle from Don Brown. They told me to take it to Nissan and Nissan told me to bring it back to them because my windows are not covered in my warranty. So I did that after sitting there for hours, she came back and said I was never that for my windows I was there to get service to my brakes which is not true. So I asked Pam Heitz to show me paperwork when I came her for my brakes, she couldn’t show me. So then I asked her for all service paperwork before and after I purchased my vehicle. She brought me 3 sheets of paper. Pam Heitz denied of paperwork of which I was entitled to. She also told me that if my credit was good enough that the bank would have gave me and extended warranty on my vehicle and when I purchased my vehicle I only had 30,000 plus miles on my vehicle which means I was still within my vehicle warranty. I am making this review because Pam Heitz denied me of paperwork and also told me to get off there property for concerns with my vehicle that I purchased from their lot. I will no longer refer people to Don Brown. Your service manager is rude and inconsiderate of others and their money spent. oh must I not forget Dennis in service also lied and said that he only fixed one window on my vehicle which was the driver remember Pam Heitz said I was never there for my windows. When I took it to Nissan they said he possibly screwed up my windows even more by putting silicone in between the rubber of the windows.. And my windows still is not working properly. I will be contacting the attorney general on this matter as well.
Terrible staff!!! - Duhhhh
The one they call Barry, yeah, joke! The finance guy, Traverse, joke number 2. 3 weeks in the waiting for a done deal. Returning the car because Barry can't fix the problem. He is your typical salesman. All about himself. Traverse needs a calculator to count his toes. Stay away!! Very far away!!
Disappointment - ebooth08
I've never been more disappointed in this dealership then I am this week. I went for a oil change in March, thought nothing better of it because these guys here are usually straight and honest. Not this time, what should have been an simple and quick oil change that my brother in law could do since I didn't have time to schedule an appointment nor wait 3 freaking hours in the lobby for my car to get done, has now turned into a $1,300 worth of damage that I've had to fix. Be very careful of the service out there, I won't ever be using or buying another car from this dealership ever again.

The service department is a joke. Took my vehicle in on a Thursday, they didn't touch it till Monday, the service guy Malik Yousif was very unprofessional, attitude and no communication is what I recieved. They didn't keep me up to date on anything until I called him out on having to call and get my own checkup from time to time. Not only was I told that they couldn't do a loaner car and this is after my car almost being down a week but when I finally got one charged me $1000.00 deductible because they found a scratch on the hubcap which I don't pay attention on those details on walk around so that was my fault. This is the 2nd time in less than 4 months that I had to bring the vehicle back for same exact issues on why I had it repaired in the first place which was well in the $2000.00 range to have fixed. I will never recommend or use this place if I don't have to however since they were to fix it the first time I had to bring it back for them to correct it. The lack of the service department coordinating what they were doing and the attitude I received let alone the thousands I was out of has me not even looking their way if I was ever needed service or work done with them. I will take my chances elsewhere
