'Service manager' in title only. I had to have some minor cosmetic touchup work done on my vehicle, and was assigned Brad as my service associate. He unfortunately never performed any service. Upon calling the service department I eventually spoke with the service manager Josh, almost two weeks after I'd left my vehicle with them. He said they he had no update for me, but assured me that Brad would get back to me as soon as they heard. I called 4 days later (as I had still not been called) and once again spoke to Josh who informed me Brad would be gone for the next 4 days. 4 more days later, I called up since Brad never did. This time I was informed that Brad leaves at 4 each day. Thanks, that would have been welcome information three calls ago. I'm so glad the service manager never mentioned this to me. Another week of problems (involving Brad not doing his job that I won't get into right now) passes and I call up the service manager. I explained that three weeks had passed when I was assured by Brad it would be returned to me the sane week of the initial dropoff. I expressed my wishes to either have my property returned to me by week's end since the vehicle was simply across the street from the dealer (whether the cosmetic work had been completed or not as it was not a matter of safety concern) or else be granted a rental loaner vehicle. At this point, I had been put out and wasted time moving everything forward myself at every turn. Josh said he would have Brad call me back first thing the following morning, Wednesday. Thursday evening arrives. I call the service department, get redirected to Josh's line twice, sent straight to voicemail twice, so I left Josh a voicemail. I sent over nine calls to their service department on nine separate dates, and until I contacted my sales associate and the store manager, I never received a single reply from the service department. Now, I'm not entirely sure what the job of a 'service manager' in the auto industry entails. However, I've worked in different service industries and my service managers would have said that service and management are involved, it is right there in the name afterall. At no point did I receive service from the St Charles Hyundai service department. I had to call the repair show directly to get any work done. They simply picked the vehicle back up five weeks later because they didn't like the idea of me getting it back from the shop directly because it made them look even worse. At no point did Josh manage his employee Brad, as the only time Brad ever called me over the six weeks was when I was finally issued a loaner vehicle from the HR department and he wanted the vehicle back the very next day. I should have told him let me get back to you in six weeks. If this is what passes for service management, then color me the international peace enforcer for small groups of troubled youth based out of Missouri. People would literally die if I managed them a tenth as well as Josh and Brad manage making a phone call.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Scheduled my appointment for 1:00 pm on Monday and didn’t get to my car until 8:00 am on Thursday then lied to my wife and told her the appointment was always 8:00 am Thursday yet they sent me an email stating it was 1:00 pm Monday. I will NEVER set foot on their lot again and will never buy a car from them again and I will make sure everyone I know ever buys a car from them. Biggest liars I’ve ever met in my life. Arrogant and condescending toward their customers They wouldn’t even furnish a loaner car or try to get Hyundai to pay for me a rental. They told me that I should get rent one on my own, my car was in their shop for a warrant repair, why would I pay for a rental!

My wife and I were traveling to the lake Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and my truck started to overheat. I called Larry at Central Missouri Tire to see if there was anyway they could look at it. He said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help. He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home... Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

I spent $860 to fix fuel leak on 2005 Dodge Dakota. Forced to leave vehicle over long weekend holiday. When I picked it up, noticed the vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside. After spending that kind of money or having any service at this location, I would think the vehicle would be cleaned…leaving a positive impression…encouraging customers to remember them in order to get return business. Fletcher definitely missed the mark on this customer.

First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive. Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. My luck hasn’t been the greatest the past couple of months. It has been one bad thing after another. I was involved in a car accident, and my car was totaled out. I was put in a rental until the other persons insurance evaluated my vehicle. I knew the rental was only going to last for so long. I couldn’t let this car accident mess with my every day life. Therefore; I was proactive on the vehicle searching. A week after the car accident, I went to look at a 2013 Mazda CX-5. I educated my self about this vehicle, I read the whole history on that carfax. I got to the dealership, none of the sales people chased me down. I actually had to go inside and ask for assistance. My salesperson was Mark Kleve, a wonderful man. The dealership just got the vehicle, Mark didn’t know everything about the it...which was perfectly acceptable. We took the vehicle out for a spin. I was sold! So a couple days go by and Mark calls me. It was listed for $11,400. Not a bad price, even Kelly Blue Book agreed. Doesn’t hurt to try and knock the price down, right? Well... no budge. I was okay with that, because of KBB. Couple more days go by, and I kept finding myself looking back at that vehicle. I called Mark up, and told him that I want that Mazda. I advised him that my credit isn’t the greatest and I had no co-signer. What were my options? Mark got me in touch with their finance manager; Kim. Straight out of the gates, Kim was awesome. She was very helpful and acomadating. I put a little money down to hold the vehicle, giving the insurance time to write a check. The insurance did everything wrong and it took a few weeks to get the check. Kim and Mark were easy going, helpful, understand, and not pushy. They made this process more pleasant, thank you. And thank you to the Lou Fusz, for holding the vechine for much longer than promised. I will refer your business to everyone and anyone. Thank you! I’m so glad I got to take the Mazda home today!
