It’s not everyday that we meet people who are so caring and thoughtful. Many shops would have turned me away. This man is an above-and-beyond person. We bought a yearold Sienna, Had serious cold weather related problems with sliding doors and being unable to start the car in near zero temps. they hauled it in, couldn't find anything wrong, and we got a big bill for nothing. they coulden't get the sliding doors to work in sub-zero temps, but they charged us. They probably tore the do it yourself section out of the owner's manual; why would the previous owner do that? There were other minor iritations. Then we bought a Tacoma 4X4 which may or may not have been wrecked.They didn't mention that it had, and it was all nice and shiny, so I didn't think to ask; tools at the paint several years tell, a story. Most of the paint seems normally faded, but several areas haven't faded?! If that wasn't Enough to put us off we bought tires,at a higher price than at our usual, Capitol City Tire,cause we needed?an alignment. had a flat tire and the wouldn't fix it free, as Capitol does. Iwas pissed and am every time I look at my truck, daily; So I drove it to Capitol City Tire, and they fixed it for free, even tho' I told them where I got the tires. Capitol has been doing all our tires and maintainence since. I love Toyota, but won't buy another from Hel Motors.

I have a one year old Tundra that has had a minor electrical issue. Went back in today to try to get the issue resolved. The service department was great to deal with. They were very professional and walked me through the problem step by step. Turns out it was user error all along! Thanks guys, for taking the time for the tutorial and showing me the fix. Jake B.

We own a 2015 Lexus with 55 K miles and it had a value - janetok

We own a 2015 Lexus with 55 K miles and it had a value spring break while we were visiting from Spokane. Since there is no Lexus dealership in Missoula we took it to Lithia Toyota of Missoula. We offered to haul the vehicle back to Spokane for repair, but our service advisor said that their technicians were equally as good as what we would find at Lexus. We left the car in their hands and the cost to replace a value spring ended up at a little over $ 6,700 and was in the shop for 5 weeks. We were surprised and not happy when we got the final bill and were told that the service manager would contact us. We have never heard from anyone at the dealership. During the repair work they pulled the engine and transmission. The service advisor said they broke the transmission and did end up replacing it at no additional cost. We are very disappointed in Lithia Toyota and cannot recommend them to anyone. The dealership has very poor communication skills, the length of time for our repair was unreasonable, the cost to repair seemed very high, the repair job was apparently beyond the skill set of the technicians and we were very disappointed in the service managers follow up. We were informed that the repair service was completed when we received an e-mail asking us to fill out a survey before we had ever heard from our service advisor. We had to drive to Missoula and pick up the car on a Saturday and of course there was no one there that could explain what had been done to the car. My worst car repair experience ever.

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.
