Today I took my 2016 Prius in to Baxter Toyota to have the 100,000 mile check up and service done. They did recommend new tires, which I wasn’t surprised since they had four years of hot pavement on them in the desert of SoCal. I was told an alignment was also recommended with new tires. When I picked up my car, I was told an alignment wasn’t needed after all. Thank you Baxter Toyota for your honesty. Dana M.

I am leaving a one star rating because there is nothing lower. I am a single woman and had always trusted Cornhusker with all of my routine auto maintenance as scheduled in the owner's manual. On July 11, 2023 I left my Honda Odyssey for an oil change and requested a change of cabin filter as well. (I smoke and request this routinely with every oil change.) I recently took my car to a local mechanic to change a headlamp since I live outside of Grand Island and thought it would be a quick fix that would not require me to go to Grand Island. The local mechanic discovered that my oil cap had not been screwed on and was laying under the hood, the oil had been overfilled by at least 1 qt. This resulted in an unscheduled oil change to replace the oil that had been cycling through the engine that was exposed to the open road conditions. The cabin air filter looked like it had never been changed, despite my being charged for this on all past routine maintenance visits. The power steering fluid was low and had evidently not been checked at the last multi point inspection 4 months ago. One would expect a dealership service department to know what they are doing but apparently this is not the case. I have used the Cornhusker service department for all of my routine maintenance in the past, so I know one of their mechanics was the one who did this. I won't be using Cornhusker ever again. Sad that a local mechanic is more reliable than a dealership service department! I can not recommend Cornhusker Honda of GI service dept. I do plan to tell all of my friends and relatives and any Honda owner for that matter about the substandard service at Cornhusker Honda.

Hit a tire recap on I-80 on vacation, that put a hole in my exhaust system. Lois kept the service dept. open past hours and called in a welder to get me back on the road in 2 hours. The price was fair and reasonable. Lois and Premier are the best! Thank you!

Worst ever. - Tester

Went in for 30000 mile service on my Tundra. Told them not to rotate newly installed tires.They rotated tires applied ~ 180 ft lbs torque on alloy wheels. Threw away bolts on gravel shield. Dropped the air pressure on my LT tires to 35 lbs; ( I was pulling a trailer). Looks like they changed the oil OK. I changed it quickly on my return home.

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
