We found the Peters of Nashua to be very professional, truthful and responsive. Our sales representative (Ron Harrison) was knowledgeable and comprehensive in explaining the differences between models. We were trying to decide between a RAV4 and a CRV; After the test drive and discussion with Ron, we were definitely sold on the Honda. So far we are very happy.

brought my car in on Thursday as it was stuck in 4wd and had som other on going issues told them my primary concern was the 4wd and they said they would look at the other issues Monday. Tuesday rolls around I call for an update and they said they refuse to work on my vehicle with no explanation. I asked to speak to a manager yet there was none to assist me.
Took Cadillac in for brake light and sunroof repair.... - EducatedWoman
Took Cadillac in for brake light and sunroof repair. Banks wanted $800 for the light. Instead I ordered OEM parts for $360 and changed it myself in 20 min. I am a 52 y/o woman who knows nothing about cars. I bet they get parts for less and could do the job in 10 minutes. So, why are they charging so much? $440 for labor? Regarding the sun roof, they got it to open and close, but there was still wind noise. We asked them to fix it. We got it back sounding even worse! Mike (service manager?) couldn't even be bother to speak to me for 2 minutes when I picked it up. I spent $40 on a new drip channel and spent a little time adjusting the window and it is now quiet. Something their seasoned expert couldn't do. Will NEVER use them again.

The service work my car had at Trites today was a wonderful experience! Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained, and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.
Great customer service! - Cam

I am a loyal GM Driver yet I take my vehicles for service (other than warranty stuff) to this Buick dealertship due to the excellence of their service department. Greg's oustanding knowledge of vehicles and his professional approach to customers, along with the workmanship of the mechanics, makes me feel satisfied and I never get the feeling I have been cheated, which is the reason I return time and time again and also refer this service department to my friends.

Tulley Service Dept is inept. Management won't return calls - nevrgmc
Many issues with new GMC Sierra.
Jeez, where do I start.
First, whatever you do, don't purchase a new Sierra 1500. Among the many problems, I've had transmission issues since new, where the truck shutters under acceleration (there are many, many posts regarding this issue that I wished I'd read beforehand). Tulley has been unable to fix it, and now has given up, telling me it's normal (why replace transmission parts as they did 3 months ago, if it's normal). Next, I had them check the brakes this last visit, which they also said were ok, however driving home from the dealer they were grinding as if they were metal to metal (is this normal?). It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a dealership that is so terrible. I didn't want to simply complain, I was interested in a solution, so I politely asked for one of the senior managers, John Murphy, to call me so we could come up with a solution to the transmission and brake issue, and he never called.
The dealership finished with my truck at 3PM on Friday while I was at work. At 9AM on Saturday as I was heading out to pick up the truck, I received a voicemail from Tulley they were going to "report my loaner" 'stolen' I assume, if I didn't call them and return it. Yikes!
Avoid this dealership at all costs.
