They say: "Never trust a dealer!". I would not believe that if I had not had the experience I had today! 1) They ate their words of promising me 3 free maintenance when I bought the car because they refused to give me the 3rd free maintenance; 2) One of the advisors tried to cheat me by telling me she got me a coupon for the synthetic oil change, but the actual coupon discount is much lower than that. Had I not found the coupon on line, or had I just trusted this advisor, I would had been fooled and cheated! Terrible! Terrible!

Brought in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma because of an engine light. I thought the dealership would be the experts for Toyota service. They evaluated the truck and the engine light codes and told me the only thing that can be done is to get a new engine. I asked if they would investigate further and they said the only thing that can be done is a new engine.
Took the truck to a local shop who investigated the problem. Found that the Variable valve sensor was bad and replaced it. I have been driving the truck for 300 miles without a problem and it runs great.
I would not recommend Bill Dube after this experience with the service department.

What terrible service, from the management of this place. First of all I bought 4 new tires here 3 years ago and only put 29000 miles on them. Surprise it would not pass inspection this year due to no tread on the tires. I have all the paperwork showing how this place was suppose to of rotated these tires when needed, both my husband and I are retired and drive very little. When I explained this I was told to call Goodyear, When I did I was told the dealership should call,when I called them back I was told the manager would call, (OF COURSE HE DID NOT), SO i LFT A MSG FOR THE OWNER, SHE ALSO HAS NOT CALLED) This place is horrible!!!!

Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.
