By far one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I took my 2018 Chevy Cruze there for service because of a suspension issue. I have never had a more upfront, honest and pleasant experience getting a vehicle serviced. They went above and beyond making sure my car was safe, parts were under GM warranty and ensured that quality work was done. I didn’t even buy the car at their dealer and they treated me as though my business was valued. Nicole in service was amazingly friendly, courteous, and professional. I can’t say evolution great things about your service department.

I cannot begin to tell you how perfect the service was today. I have never had a time when the service was not perfect. Today I needed a loaner car and it was a smooth transition from the service department to the car rental office and they even provided me with the same year car and make as my own so I had no problem driving the car. The Service department of GMC is the place I would recommend to anyone if you have a GMC car.

So I've been going to Pellegrino Buick Gmc for a long time to purchase vehicles and I've always written reviews about my purchases and the experience I've had, but I've never written a review about my service experience. I always take my vehicles for normal maintenance as well as things that have gone wrong to Pellegrino. Bob is always there to help me with my service needs. I call and am always able to get an appointment when I need and want to come in, sometimes even the same day. Bob always makes sure my wait time is short no matter what I brought my vehicle in for. The longest I've ever waited for a vehicle is an hour and that's even getting new brakes, oil change, tires rotation. Ive only had to leave my vehicle overnight once and I was given the same exact vehicle as I have to use while my truck was in the shop. Sometimes it's difficult to get a vehicle to use as large as mine, but they always find a way because they know I have five kids and need the room. My youngest daughter is always with me and all the men and women at the service desk make her feel completely comfortable and she always leaves with a big smile! Bob Rico is awesome and I definitely recommend Bob to everyone for their service needs!

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

I brought my newer car in for an oil change and a battery. They changed the battery after a two hr wait. I noticed they scratched my door next to the handle! I was furious and drove off only to discover they never even did the oil change!!!! The manager deleted it from my work order and when the mechanic informed her that the oil life was low , no bells went off in the managers head! I showed them the scratch and the managers ring matched the spot when she w to to open the door. She moved my car to the bays in the beginning. They compounded the scratch and took it back again for the oil change. Afterwards when I got home I decided to clean my car again and look for other scratches. I was in shock!! I saw that they crushed my car at all FOUR spots where the lift was improperly placed!!! How on earth did they not notice doing this!!! That kept it from me and let me drive off!!!!! The manager said the mechanic must have been in a hurry to do my oil change. Unbelievable.

Dishonest and careless service. Scratched the dash and top of the steering wheel in my new truck. Would not even come out and look at the vehicle, then the Service Director accused me of "scratching it myself with a screwdriver". Claimed the techs just use their hands to remove trim panels. BEWARE!!! Typical car dealer shysters!

This is hands down the worst service department that I have ever dealt with at a Cadillac dealership. I scheduled service back in August for my Cadillac and drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Once I arrived the flustered service team is scrambling around trying to figure out a way to let me know that the loaner that was for me is no longer available. Well I'm asked if I would like to sit and wait for the other person to come back to the dealership when I left work to bring up my car. As this can be several hours it was not an acceptable response. There was no demo that I could drive for the afternoon, no offer of a ride, no offer of a Uber at all. I left the dealership and contacted Cadillac Customer Experience who rearranged the service appointment with a loaner the next day and the vehicle being picked up and compensated for the inconvenience. I get a call that the vehicle is fixed and ready only to arrive and the seat not be fixed (showed the service rep and I very clearly notice he rolls his eyes under his sunglasses because why should my seat of a 100k vehicle with 12k miles that I was planning on buying out not squeak excessively? Oh....because he would "have to take apart the entire Recaro seat which is a lot of work" Asked to fix a bent rim and provided my CNA Tire Plan info - Completely ignored. The final straw was I called last evening to follow up on the trim that was backordered from my service appointment over a month and a half ago. I was told parts is on the phone and I would receive a call back in a few minutes. Well I'm still waiting for that call. Thank you Johnson for giving me a final confidence that Cadillac is not the brand that it used to be and that the service is not just horrible......its HORRENDOUS. I can not thank you enough for helping me make the decision to not purchase this CTS-V and that for 100k another luxury brand would be more than happy to provide luxury service. The only person at the entire dealership that I can genuinely thank is Anthony in Sales for coming the pick up the vehicle and offering great customer service.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
