Generally good. It would be better if when brought in for repair that other issues were disclosed to owner while in the care of the dealership, especially when they come to light after the intended repair. Example: car is serviced for air conditioning but as a result, venting system develops movement binding issues that make audible disconcerting noises. This should have been tested and discovered before car was returned and either fixed as part of the intended repair or brought to the attention of owner for the option to repair.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I’ve had the Jeep 5 days . I had to bring it back the check engine light came on after a half a tank of gas , the Media center needs to be replaced ., I’m not a happy camper I brought it back to the dealer it took 4 hours to come to this conclusion .

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

This review is for the service department, NOT THE SALES DEPARTMENT, I brought my Kia K5 LXS 2021 car in for it's first oil change since purchase Dec. 2021 and Valerie Apple was my service advisor, she was/is TOP NOTCH and with the service she provided me will keep me coming back to Kia Service in Burlington NC. She resolved the issue for me with my car pulling slightly to the left that I thought was out of alignment but it was indeed a new tire on the front left side and recommended rotating the tires to fix the issue and explained why. She also knew why my stirring wheel was making a funny sound when I turned it, so she has ordered the part and we will be replacing it under warranty. I was not aware of the steering wheel issue till I drove the car for a little bit after purchase for it was an impulse by for me while on site having my 2013 Optima oil change and front breaks done. I love the car and once I have these issues resolved and 4 new tires she will be top notch. I would have expected more from the sales department though for it was a "certified preowned" car that I purchased, I will leave that to my second review, bottom line is Kia Service Department in Burlington I HIGHLY recommend, ask for Valerie Apple!!

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

After many calls,going to 2 different repair shops,and not being able to travel far all summer. I finally found out what was wrong with my car. I don't know why the part failed because I did all the required maintenance for my car on time for 7 years. I want to thank my service advisor Charles for fixing the problem. It turns out it was the catalytic converter, so Kia agreed to fix it with a one time Good will repair , and I paid for the labor. I was okay with that I needed my car working properly. Charles provided great customer service, and I bought my car in the morning he made sure I had my car repaired by the mid afternoon Thanks. Thank you Cicioca Kia for Great service I will maintain being a loyal customer. When I bought my car my sales representative told me to only let a Kia dealer work on your car. LookIng forward to continued GREAT SERVICE 👌👍😊
