While traveling through Albuquerque on the way to Minnesota my ignition switch quit working and left me stranded at a fuel stop. Called Garcia's and they put me in touch with Honda Roadside Assistance, the Roadside Assistance was no help at ALL. Got a hold of a towing service and got towed to Garcia's, it was close to 6:00 PM. Service Advisor Izze Gambino was expecting me, he had been talking with my wife about my situation. He explained possible causes of the problem and what might have to be done and gave me an estimate. He even gave me a ride to a motel I had booked. The next morning he called about 1hr after they had opened and described what had be found and the what it would take to fix it. Later that afternoon it was fixed !!! He gave me a # to call for a shuttle to the dealership. Got there my Ridgeline was ready and the charges were less than the original estimate !!! I know I was put ahead in the service line because I was traveling and that was deeply appreciated. I have to say Thank You to Garcia's and to Izze Gambino in particular.

Roger, Troy, Ray, Mike, Victor, Brian...and everyone else in the Service Dept are many steps above your average dealership service personnel. From the beginning, they have treated me, and my Mazda CX5, as if it totally mattered that I receive the best service available on my vehicle. And the thing is is that it DOES matter. They go out of their way to make sure I understand what they are looking at, what is important to take care of in the moment, and what to consider taking care of in the near and distant future. Their friendliness, their fairness in pricing, their knowledge, their skills, their abject professionalism, and their genuine concern over my car's maintenance needs have always impressed me in a way that no other dealership has ever done! The end result is that I trust them implicitly to take care of me and my car's maintenance requirements. And to give just a small example, Roger Mendiola (Service Dept. head), even called me from his vacation time in Hawaii, while I was at the dealership, just to explain to me about a pricing issue I was having at the time of service! Who does that? I could not be more satisfied with who these people are and how they will go out of their way to make a customer happy.

Rencent work on my 2016 outback @60 k Some work not done well...sloppy etc. Sonja and especially Brett stepped up and made everything right......ater the the work in engine compartment...I found a filthy mess by tech...plus my steering wheel was left crooked after alignment. Power Ford in Albuquerque is the worst Ford dealership I have ever been to. The service department does not care about customer satisfaction. Robert Sneed President and Managing Partner of Power Ford dismissed my complaints about the terrible job their service department had done on my car. After keeping my car at the Power Ford Albuquerque service department for SIX MONTHS, my air conditioning did not work even though it was working perfectly when I left it six months earlier. Mr. Sneed refused to take responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND POWER FORD. Their customer service is giving FORD MOTORS a bad name and reputation. ONE STAR OUT OF FIVE IS TOO MANY. I'm a retired high school teacher and I know when an F is warranted. Power Ford gets the worst possible grade in my book, an F.

Abdallah the Service Advisor did a great job in checking on my warranty prior to getting my car serviced, ordering parts and providing a realistic timeframe for repairs. Nathan did a great job servicing my car. Additionally, Daphne was very energetic in her sales approach to showing me new car options during my time at the dealership. I am a longtime customer and will continue to be.

I waited for my car in the customer waiting area which is beautifully maintained and enjoyed a small snack. I would highly recommend Fiesta Subaru.
