Worst dealership ever in my 50 years of buying/leasing cars. Sold me a lemon and then a new jeep lease. Chrysler spoke to a saleman and made a deal to do a buyback trade in. Both Chrysler and Suresky reneaged on the deal and I was stuck with two leases. After buying/leasing 6 jeeps from Suresky over the years they refused to help. Wanted me to give them 5,000$ to get out of the botched deal. Avoid this dealer like the plague! Management is useless there. Look at their Yelp reviews. All they care about is taking your money and then they dont want to know you. And if you write an honest review they ban you from the dealership! Great run company huh?

nothing good here...a new 2024 wrangler with check engine light @ 800 mi and water flowing into the inter at 2000 mi...it achieves 70% fuel economy less than advertised, loss of acceleration, more work into the ev aspect, and miss interpretation of down payments, already have collections and not even 1 month in an the first month was paid...the sales person sent me text of every reason not to purchase the vehicle after the fact...the down payment didn't work the way it was explained...this was a super loss...plus, so much more

Went up told them the truck I wanted worked out the details of the deal told them I wanted to buy the truck that day they said ok. Went back to the bank got a cashier check for a down payment on my way back up called them to let them know i was on my way they said ok see you soon. i get 5 mins away and get a call said they couldn't do the deal because DMV was closed and we could do it tomorrow. I get a call from them days later and ask about the truck and told me there's no way we could have got it done as the back office girls went home. I proceeded to tell him what I was told and he pretty much called me a lair and said he was there in the room with the salesman. Needless to say I turned around and drove 45mins back to another dealership that took me right in that night and got the deal done, With the supposed DMV closed and they stayed after hours to do it. So if your look for a dealership to go the extra mile this isn't it.

Whoever did the oil change moved moved my mirrors seat and lost all my computer info.he likedto play with buttons I won't be going there again I bought 4 different vehicles there. It won't happen again.The mechanic was only supposed to do an oil change
