Customer service was the best I have experienced in my 25+ years as a BMW owner. My advisor Ed W. took care of me step by step with speed and efficiency. He made sure I was completely comfortable with my experience. Service manager Xavier H. was the most knowledgeable BMW expert I have encountered at any dealership. My vehicle was serviced completely from top to bottom and all repairs/ service performed expeditiously. Overall 100% satisfaction and I will go nowhere else.

The folks in the service department were nice I like to kid around a little bit and they were somewhat receptive to it my only complaint but it's really not a complaint is the girl with the tattoos gave me a hard time but I'm only kidding it would be great if somebody said that to her. Just saying that I complained about her and then say I was kidding........ this is for the management of your dealership destination Nissan. my last three cars I bought from your dealership and each time the salesman said if you rate me a 10 on the survey that you'll be receiving after I buy the car I will get a book of five free oil changes. Never once did I get a book of oil changes for free. At one point I went to the manager I forget who it was sorry, his cold response was well those sales people don't work here anymore. I think that was totally unprofessional at the very least after buying three cars should have went in service and got me a book and handed it to me and said I apologize but I can at least do this for you

I have purchased many vehicles from Matthew's and will continue to do so. My last visit was to get my oil change and tire rotation plus my third brake light had water in it. The new person was going to call the warranty company and get the cost of replacement. He couldn't get thru to the company and would try later. I called the following day and no luck. I called back a couple of days later and he must of forgot. Bottom line, I got the brake light replaced since 8 weeks have passed. I still plan on getting my vehicles from Matthew's and getting my vehicles serviced there. But only go to Rob or Jim for service since they have been great to deal with.

Great customer satisfaction doesn't stop with a good sales process in fact I think it starts after the sale closes. That's the case with Mohawk Honda. I bought a car 3 years ago and recently list the title while in Florida trying to trade it in. Mohawk went over the top in particular Liz Deltry and her manager couldn't do enough to help me out including ordering a new title and making sure I received it. Liz should get a huge thank you from her leadership team because it's employees like her that make you want to maintain dealer loyalty, as she went way over the top to help me out with nothing to gain but my loyalty. Huge kudos to Liz and Mohawk Honda for doing things the old fashioned way and the right way!!! Thank you Liz you helped earn my honda business for a very long time!
