I have purchased many vehicles from Matthew's and will continue to do so. My last visit was to get my oil change and tire rotation plus my third brake light had water in it. The new person was going to call the warranty company and get the cost of replacement. He couldn't get thru to the company and would try later. I called the following day and no luck. I called back a couple of days later and he must of forgot. Bottom line, I got the brake light replaced since 8 weeks have passed. I still plan on getting my vehicles from Matthew's and getting my vehicles serviced there. But only go to Rob or Jim for service since they have been great to deal with.

This Dealership is by far ahead in Customer Service. John Cusamano could not do enough for me and his “tell it like it is” personality is a quality few people possess. He works for a Perfect match in Paul Conte as I find comfort in dealing with anyone there. Customer loyalty is most important in their eyes.

Excellent customer service, care and support. I would recommend to family and friends. My tire needed to be replaced due to a bubble from to many potholes. The service center got me in same day and out in under 2 hours. Not bad considering I did not have an appointment.

You have a better chance of getting your car fixed right at the parking lot of the Commack motor inn by a stranger. Brought my car in for 2 recalls and an inspection. This genius mechanic inspected the vehicle after unplugging the battery for the recalls…..so a 2 year old car failed inspection. I understand honest mistakes but this is the 3rd time we brought our car here and were told it had to be brought back because they either forgot to program something or didn’t have the part they scheduled the service for. I am done with this dealership

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
