Working with Cam was, as usual, a great experience. He was able to schedule my appointment at a convenient time. After reviewing the issue, Cam was able to reach out to my warranty company and worked with them to approve the work needed. Cam found that the necessary parts were available and scheduled the needed repair. Cam kept me up to date with everything going on, and assured me that if a rental vehicle was needed, it would be arranged. Thankfully no rental was needed. The repair was completed before the end of day and a shuttle was scheduled to pick me up from work and come back to the service station to pick up my car. This was the second time a repair was needed. Both times they were handled in very professional manner. I would recommend to all Chevy/GM vehicle owners to not hesitate to bring their vehicles here for any type of work.

This past Saturday my family and I were in a car accident when a wheel on our GMC came off due to loose lug nuts that were not properly tightened by a garage downstate. Fred, Luke and Molly were incredibly supportive! They were waiting for us when the flatbed arrived at the dealership, fit us in same day and got us back on the road within a few hours. They were so fast in fixing the issue that Fred kindly drove me back to the rental car agency to return a rental car that we didn't need. They properly diagnosed the damage and made sure we were safe and sound and good to go! All for a very reasonable price. It was a stressful day for our family and having such great people take care of us really went a long way in helping us make the most of a difficult situation. I can't thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend the D'Ella team for your sales and service needs. Thank you again Fred, Luke, Molly and the entire D'Ella Team.

DO NOT buy extended warranty through Davidson Group, ……. go elsewhere Paid $2,100, for platinum (the best) coverage and was told no co-pay 1st time I made a service appointment they Treated me terribly They told me the wanted $69 to diagnose each Problem (4x4 stuck actuator), transmission getting too hot They wouldn’t even look at the paperwork I had indicating no charge They said they have to get paid, if they submit and don’t get paid, then I pay They wanted me to sign saying I agree to pay for all diagnostics even before they looked at my vehicle I talked to a manager who kept repeating They have expenses and need to get paid I left messages with manager of finance and Dealership General Manager No response
