Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.

Where do we begin?! We came to Flow of Fayetteville after Flow VW of Winston sent us to Flow GMC of Greensboro. When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia!

Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady dealership to work with. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will lose your paperwork multiple times to avoid paying you money owed and then attempt to defraud you out of more money by claiming you were the reason paperwork isn’t submitted properly. They like to play charge back games and screw the customers all the while laughing in your face over the phone.

I signed up for your text and now crickets! I am stuck in a strange place and no one can answer what is happening! NOT good customer service!!

Skip this dealership and go elsewhere in Asheville/Morganton/Rutherfordton/Burnsville areas. As an out of state customer, I was interested in a cash $75k+ purchase because the truck I wanted was in their inventory. The salesman was irritated that I had not read an email he sent with the final numbers on the evening that he emailed them to me. I told him that I reviewed them the next morning and had a couple of questions. I asked Mr. McNeely two questions about the accessories on the truck and whether the delivery fee could be waived. He immediately said, "you are just making this too hard and we either get this done today or we're going to have to move on." This was literally within three days of my first contact with the Sales Manager and my second conversation with McNeely. I was, and continue to be, dumbfounded. Business must be great for this dealership to treat a new customer this way that would have probably closed on the deal the next day and picked it up in the next few days (since they wouldn't waive the delivery fee). I live 200 miles away and work full time and have a family...not an unreasonable request. After thinking through it, my guess is another customer drove onto the lot and wanted the vehicle. Proves these folks (Sales and Management) have no integrity and are simply lazy. Please go elsewhere. Who knows what these people with no character will do to the next unsuspecting customer....just honest feedback folks!

We bought my pre-owned vehicle from Doug Henry in Goldsboro and everyone that we dealt with was very kind and helpful and no one that we dealt with in the sales department was pushy or over bearing, you had the feeling they honestly just wanted to help you and not just sell you a car. Everyone worked to make sure our needs were met and were eager and ready to answer any questions we had. We also got to meet with the service department and were met with the same friendliness that we experienced in the sales department. We plan on buying our next vehicle from Doug Henry as well as bringing our car in any time we are need of vehicle service or repair.

I own over 7 Cadillac, GMC, and Chevrolet truck and I get them serviced regularly. Last month like normal, I spent $110 for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Suburban. Today, I was charged $193.54 for the same service that I alway get. This is beyond excessive. I don’t even pay that for the oil change on my 2023 Escalades or Yukon XL’s. When I spoke with my service advisor Farrel Tackett, he said I could go somewhere. No worries, I will and hopefully everyone else who reads this will too. I have my receipt and my receipt from Bayway Cadillac in TX that just did on oil change and tire rotation on my Yukon XL and it was on $133.49 for the exact same service. I also added one from 2022, so you can see that this is not my first time going to Ben Mynatt. I will add them when I can figure out how too. Go to City Chevrolet, they will take care of you.

Also, my second key was taken home by someone and it has been almost a week and they still don’t have it for me. Very disappointed with how they are handling the conflicts I have with my car.

Purchased a 2108 Chevy 2500 on 2/21/23. Joe the Salesman was very courteous. We were presented a clean carfax, no accidents . The drivers seat had some ware and they replaced it with a new one. Next day I noticed the heated seat were not working. Not a big deal, it’s used. 2nd day I noticed a crack on the right rear quarter panel that was not there when i purchased it . I took the truck back the following Monday 2/27 to have an appointment scheduled for the seats and have the crack in the quarter panel looked at. Turns out the quarter panel has body filler from the front of the panel to the rear tail light. They gave me a $1000 minimum estimate to repair it. I asked my salesman, Joe, if they could do anything to help with this, maybe pay for at least half of it. He said they would not. It would have been nice to know about the damage on the truck before buying it. Very unfortunate situation as I assumed I had finally found a decent dealership in Carteret county and would buy again from them in the near future. I will not be returning.

I'd called about an hour bfore I went there and Brandon had it parked iut in front for me when I arrived. We went for a short test drive and began the "negotiation" process. I think we both knew I wanted it, the price we agreed on was very (all thinghs considered) reassonable and we concluded the deal that day and I drove it home that afternoon. Everyone involved from the dealership was cooperative, knowledgable, courteous and the entoire process was, in a word, great.

Quick, friendly, efficient service - Rogue

I had scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed the Friday that Hurricane Florence was due to arrive. The dealership proactively called me to see if I could bring my car in Thursday, which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and professionally. I told them I only needed an oil change and the "inspection" that comes with it. They said I could wait and directed me to the waiting lounge. I was there less than an hour (just to clarify - they were not busy at all). They had some honey buns for a snack ;) I was NOT subjected to any suggestions for extraneous service work like I had experienced at Hendrick of Durham. I was treated as a VALUED customer at Medlin. I also explained why I was coming from Durham to have my service work done in Wilson. I had been taking my Buick to Hendrick in Durham (please read my review of that dealership as well so you can see how I was treated there ) I can recommend Medlin based on this experience. My Lucerne will be serviced there in the future.
