I have an older vehicle which has had some very difficult issues, and John’s expertise is uncovering what needs to be addressed is beyond amazing. He takes the initiative to do the necessary research to make it right. He has earned my trust and faith in his abilities as a service manager par excellence. He always gets involved in the problem-solving equation, and I know I’m dealing with someone who cares to keep me informed each and every step of the way. I have been avoiding this place for the last couple of years due to an unpleasant interaction with a service manager. I recently talked with one of the owners and was told the service department is under new management. Since then, I had needed service performed with their new mobile unit… everything went well and I expect to have my next service done here.
