I bought a new 2019 Outback last year. At the end of August the radio messed up (extremely loud static and wouldn’t come on sometimes). They said they had to replace the amp and it should be there the following Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. Never heard anything from them. I finally called on Thursday and was told my amp had not come in and he was trying to track it down. Finally after 2 weeks, I got my car back. I had to fight with them to get a loaner but was finally given one.
The tires on my car will not stay inflated. I have had them checked out there are no nails, screws, etc. in my tires. I mentioned this when I dropped my car off for the radio but I guess they didn't check it and I didn't think to ask. I have to put air in my tires about every other week.
Now my radio has messed up again. This time you can't use the preprogrammed buttons or the control on the steering wheel. I called them and was told that the earliest appt that I could get was at 8:30. I tried to explain to the lady that I lived 30 minutes away and worked about 50 minutes from there. I was told that their shuttle service could not take me that far and that they wouldn't give me loaner. The girl was rude and not didn't seem to care that I was in a jam. So I asked her if I could take to a different dealership and she told me that she guessed I could but they operate under the rules.
I understand that loaners can't be given out every time a person drops a car off for service. But my car is under warranty, was not even a year old when this started. It is the only car I have and I need to work in order to make the payments. If I had access to other transportation, I would use it.
Buying a Subaru has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. The car drives well, gets good gas mileage but the customer service is horrible.

Ronda in the service department is terrible at her job. I’ve been here for 3 hours waiting for them to replace my tires. I was originally told it would only take 30 minutes to an hour. An hour ago she told me the tires were going to be here in 20 minutes. Now she just let me the tires won’t be here for another 45 minutes. Then they still have to do the alignment and put the tires on.
On top of the wait time I can’t understand anything she says. Talks way to fast and doesn’t speak clearly.

Poor Service & unprofessional conduct! I dropped off my fleet vehicle for windshield calibration. Appointment was made by Glass America. Long story short, Cary Subaru dealer & Glass America are twin duds. They failed to coordinate payment for service & my vehicle was impounded for two days instead of 2 hours! Initiative & coordination is NOT a STRENGTH of Subaru of Cary! Southern States Subaru is only 10 miles away--go there! Don't hire Cary Subaru!

Do not get your car serviced here, I had work done on 2 foresters and it took 3 times for each to get the problem fixed and fight with them about charging me for items that didn't fix the problem.
$ 1600. On a total new ac system , 1 week later it stopped working, took it back and was charged for a/c recharge and o-ring , $ 160.00 !!!

The service manager was very helpful telling me what was entailed in my 30000 mile service; the length of time required and the cost. He provided me with a loaner car and assured me the work could be done by the end of the afternoon which it was. However due to traffic and road conditions he assured me that the next day would be fine to return the car. I appreciate the consideration on his part.

My 2007 Forester required a pretty complicated diagnostic and the service team at Flow led by service advisor Nolan stuck with it until the problem was located and resolved. It had been 13 years since we bought the car we were ready to say goodbye to. Performance is local and we liked that. The sales rep was only on the job 10 months but had a very good knowledge of the cars and answered all our questions. The sales manager came and worked with us also. After finally deciding on the model and color (which look us a while) the closing of the deal went smoothly and the explanation of everything was very detailed and complete. We leased and one big selling point was that everything on the car, excluding tires, is covered for the full 3 year lease period. Their explaining of all the new technology which our old 2001 had none, was very good and very helpful

I used this dealership for routine maintenance twice and they were okay for that type of service. My horrible experience started when I needed my seats cleaned (I had the fabric warranty I purchased from the dealership I purchased my car from in VA). I was told that my warranty works wherever I moved and that was the case (I could have taken it out in town too but figured I would go through this actual dealer). I spoke with Beverly and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was on the phone with the other dealership and the warranty company and I did all the leg work for the claim. I finally filed the claim and when I called her and let her know that all she needed to do was send them a quote and they would approve it. I was told they only have detailing for their vehicles and have not cleaned customers vehicles that they do not have on their lot. When I called her and said that all she needed to do was send them a quote she said (with an attitude) "so you expect me to take care of this"... Well I had already done everything else and finally just decided to get a quote from out in town and then happened to be going back to Virginia the next week so just had the work done there. I will not being going back to National anymore, even for routine maintenance.

I had a recall on my car and dealership fixed the recall but my vent in the dash was broke when they returned the car, they didnt even try to fix it just put it back together and didnt say anything about it to me untill I turned around and questioned them about it. The dearship said it was already broke before and it wasnt when I took it. I said we have to do something about it and I was told they would be in touch and a week has past NOTHING. customer service is not a priority I fixed the problem myself ........... IS THIS THE DEARSHIP THAT IS LOOKING AFTER THE CUSTOMER OR THEIR SELF YOU MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP.......WHERE ARE THE TRUEFUL SUBARU DEARLERS AT.
