Excellent service from the Service Department!! We had a travel emergency, oil pressure fail light turned ON. We were able to GOOGLE search for a CJDR dealer and were able to drive there. Bill Perry understood the emergency, and was able to slot us into the service schedule. Tech Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the problem, the oil pressure sensor blew out and is leaking oil. Super good technician 👏👏 . So, sensor replaced, oil and filter change done, checked sump for metallic particles, and a complete vehicle inspection done. All this done in two hours on their busy schedule. Cost? Much less than I expected, worth every penny for peace of mind. Back on the road, 6 hour trip to home, the Jeep performed flawlessly. Shall definitely visit Hiester CJDR again as needed, they are located an hour North of our kids. Very good to have a backup plan. Thank you to the team at Hiester CJDR. - Mark S.

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

Their Sales staff aren’t just looking to “close the deal”, but provide valuable inputs and advice and MOST of all, are available to assist in the event of further queries or help as a part of after sales service. In particular, David Malette is a legend. On top of his excellent knowledge on the vehicles, he is very friendly, prompt in his communications and always makes sure that he finds a solution for you. I bought a brand new X6 from David / BMW of Raleigh in February 2025 and I needed to get a tire replaced after having driven over a nail. The Service department was backed up, but David still worked with me to help squeeze me into their schedule and was there to guide me throughout the process, even though he is a Salesperson and not a Service Advisor. He continues to go above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful for him. David and BMW of Raleigh have found a lifetime customer in me. I strongly recommend both David and BMW of Raleigh!
