We asked them if they could get our fob working. They said they would have to hook it up to the computer to program it. They wanted to charge us 80 bucks. We said no. Came home and looked up how to program Hyundai key fob after battery change on the net. Found a link and followed 2 instructions and it now works. They could have helped us in 30 seconds but was more interested in making 80 bucks. Will never deal with this dealership again 2014 Hyundai Tucson

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership so i was pretty nervous to take on a big loan. But they all made me feel welcome and at home. This dealer was difficult to communicate with. The Internet Sales Consultant Nate Krohne stopped responding to my communications, and I was unable to contact any one else at the dealership. Luckily, I was able to purchase the vehicle I was looking for at another Subaru dealer that weekend. I would not recommend working with this dealer if you are looking for a new car.

Went in for an oil change.....and that was it.....literally.
Got out of the car, went into the waiting room, 20 or so min....later he whistled at me like I'm a puppy are something, I walked over to him and he said your ready to go.
On the report, they did not check any of the air filters ( cabin or air ) no windows cleaned, no brakes checked including the reservior. I thought they were to show you that stuff.
What did I pay for??????? I have called twice and left messages with no return call. Hopefully they changed my oil and filted, cause thats all about hopefully they did.
So please, don't tell me to contact you directly because I did and you did NOT call back !

Kevin J was a joke. Had several questions about the vehicle and he could answer none of them. He was googling for answers and giving wrong information. He ended the conversation when I started pointing out that answers like "i guess" and giving a towing cap of 1500-4000lbs weren't really answers.

Awful experience in the last two weeks dealing with service. Bought a pickup less than 3 months ago, and it died, and no one was willing to help in the slightest over the phone. Finally get it there for an appointment on a Friday at 8a.m. It was past 5pm when I finally heard back and NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT IT that day and no one was going to look at it Saturday either. I’ve gone two weeks without a vehicle now. Lost my business for good. Not a way to treat a first time buyer. Don’t know how anyone is a loyal, repeat customer here. What a joke.

They are scammmers! I will not buy from them again.
This would of been our 3rd car thru them and this time nothing but a joke. They knew we were looking for a certain car they called us when they got one in. We told them it had high miles and bumper damage for the price they want. A month later after it’s fixed they call us to come look at it. We told them we were actually going to go somewhere else and look Bc they had the same priced cars that we wanted but with a lot less miles and the black rims I wanted.
They told us if we wanted it they would go down a bit and throw in the rims I wanted for free.
So we decided to do it but when we get there they said we now had to pick either free rims or the cheaper price they weren’t going to give us both like they promised.
Then when they pulled out the numbers they brought a payment plan that was $300 over the amount we should be paying. They kept saying it’s luxury and I need to pay that. And it’s one of a kind of Kia so we needs to pay more for that. And there’s no way the bank will let us take the car for less than 888 a month. We told them xxxxing nuts!! And that’s a lie! We told we can order a Kia brand new for cheaper than this and that the model we were buying from them wasn’t even fully loaded or nothing!
We told them we’re done doing business and when we were leaving they tried dropping the numbers to 750 ugh! I hope people are looking over there sheets they give them and are not being ripped off!!
We will not be doing business with them again!!
