Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car’s fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to “clean out the nest”, replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.
