Dealership (Salesman) was very helpful and very patient during the couple times that we came to test out the cars. The CRV – EX seems to be exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We had a warning light come on soon as we got it home and they gave us a loaner car and treated us with great respect until they were able to fix it in a few days. We did not have a great experience on the day that we came for signing. We were told we had to close by Tuesday and I said we hated to wait around so please have everything ready. We had to wait quite a while until our car was ready for us to take. Also we were pressured by the salesman And the finance department to buy gap insurance. First, it was about $50 a month and then he said he could lower it to about $27 per month. We called our insurance man and got it for about four dollars per month! Thus in general, We would give our experience of four star out of five. I would recommend the dealership and the salesman, but I would warn people about the selling tactics.

Beginning with the scheduling with Sue, to the service call and the check out, everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. The key drop and the car wash were very nice touches.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Auto Nation Ford, Amherst OH. I was able to come in to show them my car's damage. They were able to complete the repairs, fix a rear break light the was also affected. They accommodated me when I had a piece on the wind shield that needed glued, ED took care of it right away. Appts on the weekend is always appreciated, since I work Mon - Fri, off on the weekends. The Job was well done. I would recommend this service dept to everyone. Great Service & Pleasant workers. The also communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for rental.

There are other Honda service centers closer to my home, but none with the exceptional service provided by Hugh White Honda. Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !

Having my car serviced before vacationing in Tennessee for a week. After we got back home, the next day, there was a huge oil leak under my car! Thank God nothing happened to it in Tennessee. We found the oil filter not on properly. Probably won't be letting them service my car again. I did take pics!

The service manager is a complete jerk!! The most unprofessional business I have ever delt with!! We purchased a used vehicle and was promised a 30 day warranty and after breaking down the third time the service manager yelled at me in front of all customers and employees telling me this is the last time I get something for free and that I purchased a used vehicle and to take responsibility! This type of behavior is obviously acceptable for the dealership because I have not had one answered reply from anyone to discuss the situation! The purchase we made was from the Dave white credit lot on Conant St and the Jim White Honda dealership handles their service. No response was made from Dave White also.

Update! Honda called and let knlw they will fix the engine on my car because its considered a manufacturer defect. Fingers crossed all goes well! One of the worst car buying and ownership experiences of my life!!!! 😡 Bought a Honda because I thought it was built to last. Had some engine issues within warranty and was told needed testing which lasted so long it took me out of warranty and after the testing and admitting there was a manufacturer defective engine was told there was nothing they could do and said they would not honor the warranty. Made countless calls to Honda of America and dealer to no avail. They were across the board disrespectful, rude, untrustworthy and dismissive throughout and as if they could care less, which has been their attitude since after the purchase my new car 6 years ago. They have been terrible to deal with and I've lost all faith in Honda as a brand. They wasted my time and energy...soul suckers! Done with Honda forever! Don't trust this brand or dealership
