I was in to have my vehicle serviced. It was estimated I'd be there for 1 hour and that's all it took. Everyone was nice. The waiting room was clean and cozy. They offer free refreshments. Highly satisfied.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Auto Nation Ford, Amherst OH. I was able to come in to show them my car's damage. They were able to complete the repairs, fix a rear break light the was also affected. They accommodated me when I had a piece on the wind shield that needed glued, ED took care of it right away. Appts on the weekend is always appreciated, since I work Mon - Fri, off on the weekends. The Job was well done. I would recommend this service dept to everyone. Great Service & Pleasant workers. The also communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for rental.

Canadians on the way to Virginia. Our 2010 Kia Rondo's fuel pump failed. There were many closer Kia dealerships, none of them would look at us. Some even cited that Canadian Kia's cannot be read by U.S. diagnostic units. Ken Ganley's Service dept promised to squeeze us in to see what was wrong but could not promise immediate service beyond that. Upon diagnosis, the Service dept proactively ordered suspected parts and were able to immediately begin work on the car. We lost slightly over days delay and were super excited to continue our trip. The service team at Ken Ganley made it possible. Thank you!

This is a review on Linda Briggs in service. I think she's excellent in the representation of Spitzer Kia of Mansfield. Just got my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2024 Kia Soul GT Line. Linda is a service advisor who listens to the customer on concerns and she does what the customer wants and needs. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy and she has excellent customer service skills.. Keep up the good work Linda and look forward to seeing you again in helping me take care of my Kia Soul

Stopped in on November 20th to get a quote for a hitch and harness for my ‘24 Telluride. Kailyn told me the part has been replaced with one part number, total cost $478, and would be a couple day lead time. I questioned if everything would be included and she insisted yes, she has ordered this before. I saved my quote and placed the order by phone the next day. Called a week later on November 28th for an update and was told nothing had been received yet. Waited another week and called back December 6th. Derek said he had placed the order but it had apparently been cancelled in the system. Might need my VIN again to reorder the part. Waited until the next day to call me back and get my information because he had been too busy (great customer service on their screwup). Then he tells me the price is going to be $676 now. That was a nice slap in the face. I can get these parts cheaper online (including shipping) so I cancelled the order. These people don’t know what they are doing. Thanks for wasting two and a half weeks.

Our car's engine blew up (a known and fully warranted Kia issue) while on vacation, over 600 miles from home. The area dealer said it could take 4-6 months for a replacement to be installed. After 2 long months, we learned how Chris, the Service Advisor at Kings Kia, helped another family in the same situation. Within 18 days, Chris was able to put the wheels in motion (no pun intended, but I'll take it), an engine was ordered, installed, and the car shipped to Kings Kia, where we picked it up. We are forever grateful for Chris' amazing principles, professional conduct, and extraordinary customer care. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Chris and Kings Kia!
