I was very pleased with the service I received with Auto Nation Ford, Amherst OH. I was able to come in to show them my car's damage. They were able to complete the repairs, fix a rear break light the was also affected. They accommodated me when I had a piece on the wind shield that needed glued, ED took care of it right away. Appts on the weekend is always appreciated, since I work Mon - Fri, off on the weekends. The Job was well done. I would recommend this service dept to everyone. Great Service & Pleasant workers. The also communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for rental.

Took my Escape in for service and had to request some leniency on getting back due to health issues and money struggles. They showed me far more compassion than I deserved and when I finally got the car back it’s in perfect condition. I cannot recommend them enough.
