Our 18 sienna was in for its complementary service and also had the option to update the audio system ... well this normally would have incurred an additional fee because we did not purchase it from them , Nikki the Service manager was nice enough to waive the fee just because we have given them service over the years. I really do appreciate you going the extra mile. Not every service or repair done there might be the cheapest necessarily, but I do appreciate honest customer service coming from a dealer...It can be hard to come by it seems! There are many options when it comes to car repairs but I am comfortable and confident in the service I’ve had at Summit

Call twice, and made an appointment for 30,000 check, asked the cost both times, under $80 which included oil and tire change, Got there, and was handed a "Toyota Factory Check List" before the techs even looked at my Corolla. The cost of this service was $401.57, which included a throttle body service, replace wiper inserts, add balance car, battery service, etc.. Why wasn't I told this when I called to make appointment. Greg stated that the appointment (women) people were new and didn't know the routine. I needed all these services before anyone looked at my car. My son also was upset with the unneeded service before they even touched the car, and he was a Toyota tech at another dealership. Refused all services except oil and tire. I called my writer when I got home since nothing about the thread on my tires were on the statement given to me. Greg, never returned my call, so I called the national customer service department in Tennessee. I told them that this dealership was scamming older women. I will never go back to Bedford Toyota for service or to buy another car.
When home, I called two other Toyota dealerships in the Cleveland area. Asked about their 30,000 service. None of the dealerships quoted a Factory Service fee of $400. I was quoted between $60-$90 for the oil and tire change.
Toyota of Bedford should be ashamed of themselves.

If service gets any easier than this I would like to see it. I was early and they took the care of me right away and delivered it back early. I can't believe that the dealer is competitive with outside third party service providers... but they are! It gives me comfort all is done in accord with the dealer-mfg specs at competitive pricing.

I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, oil change, filters, tire rotation, etc. Before leaving home I removed one valve stem cap. After the service was supposedly completed, the same wheel & tire was missing the valve stem cap. The service receipt shows that the rotation was done and that the lug nuts were torqued and listed the spec! What assurance do I have that the rest of the work was actually completed? None!!!

Never take your vehicle here for service. I made an appointment to have my muffler replaced and my summer tires swapped for my winter tires. I was quoted approximately $700. The final bill was $1755.00. My muffler was not replaced. I took my car back and they put the wrong muffler on for no extra charge. Never take your car here unless you want to be ripped off.
