For over 13 years this service, and parts department have taken care of my wants and needs to the utmost in most all matters and the ones they couldn't take care of was not their fault whatsoever. They have always been very polite and apologetic for everything they could not get done. They have never been rude or condescending in anyway whatsoever. If you need something done these folks will strive very hard to get it done and they will give the lowest possible price too ,as their estimate and if not low enough they will strive to make it lower in order to please and get your business.

Purchased Jeep Cherokee, with trail hawk transmission price was good, required a tow assist package be installed which was a surprise. Now my GPS requires upgrade ( per factory ) who sent me a usb card. tried the usb card in both ports, would not work. Took to a mechanic, no power to usb's, the connection just happens to be where the low assist package is hooked up, and it appears NWjeep did not reconnect the usb's as they should have. Tried to contact service and I get no response. Zero call back ( you can only text service, they call/text back as they please ). Now my GPS is past the update deadline and never knows where it is, won't calibrate. I am taking into another dealer looking at minimum of $340.00 to repair. Great while selling you a car, service sucks.

Oil changed. Next day engine light came on, took to service dept. Four days to read codes. Ordered parts. 10 days later parts in(supposedly) assured my vehicle was a priority. Called a week later, was told it would be another week as they only had one certified mechanic for Ram. Called next Monday and was told part was installed but same electrical problem still existed. This is a warrantee so I was supposed to be happy that there would be no cost. I would NOT use this shop again!

Do not waste any money on service contracts because they do not honor. Also, our 2018 new off the lot was a lemon lots of issues for the last 2 years and it has been a fight just to have the recalls taken care of. Avoid at all costs.

Took in to have a recall done for air bag and toe hitch they half asked toehitch and bound up the t case lost our driver seat belt and broke the interior dashboard and didn't put it together right and when we called to complain their head service guy said f you not our problem even though he said his guy doesn't pay attention he said we did it and it was not their problem cussed my husband out

Be very cautious if buying a used vehicle from Lithia Chrysler Dodge of Bend. I would Rate then at zero!!, My wife and I after selling our Wrangler realized we needed that extra vehicle and set out to find a replacement. We found a used Wrangler on the lot in Bend and took it for a short test drive. The vehicle seemed fine on the test drive and went back to the dealership to purchase. After the paperwork was complete, homeward bound we were as I followed my wife over Lava Butte. I was wondering why my wife was going 45 miles per hour on the highway but figured maybe she was just getting use to the new to us vehicle. WELL... when we arrived home , my wife explained to me that something was wrong with the vehicle once it had warmed up it had lost power. We called the Dealership that night to let them know there was an issue with the vehicle and we wanted to return it... After no response from the Dealership or Sales person, I drove it back the next afternoon after work. Once we were at the Dealership and spoke to the Manager, he said we could not return the vehicle as the 72 hour rescission ability on a contract no longer existed but they would bring the vehicle into the facility to detect and repair whatever was wrong with the vehicle. We agreed. 8 days later after calling multiple times for updates with no response we received a call stating that the Jeep had fouled a Sparkplug and that they would replace them all for us. 5 days later, they called stating that the vehicle was repaired and we could come pick it up. Well when we arrived to pick it up, the Service manager brought us out to the vehicle and I got in and started it up. Well now it had a major exhaust leak sound coming from the engine. I said to the so called service manager " now it has an exhaust leak " he replied that no, that's just how they sound and that he had his best mechanic do the repair.. I knew at this point what sort of incompetents' I was dealing with. I told him I was taking it to another shop to have them look at it. Well I did exactly that and what the other mechanic shop found was that in the process of replacing the sparkplugs in order to get access the rear sparkplug the exhaust manifold was removed and two of the bolts had been snapped off in the head, The manifold was now also cracked and missing an additional 3rd mounting bolt. After further investigation we found that the Ball Joints were in dangerously poor condition. Now this vehicle was advertised as that a full safety inspection was made on it and all was good. $1800.00 to repair the exhaust and replace ball joints. Lithia would only reimburse us $800.00. We also purchased a lifetime Oil Change Package when we purchased the vehicle that they say can not be refunded. When this was Smolich Chrysler Dodge Jeep this would have never happened. They have lost my business and all my family and friends and any clients of mine that would ask for a referral where to buy a car or make repairs.. I don't trust that they could change oil without screwing something up.... And to top it all off... not even an apology of any sort. We've made multiple repairs and fixed up the Jeep and finally know its safe to drive... So if you're thinking of purchasing a used vehicle from these guys, think twice and have the vehicle's safety inspection somewhere else first. I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.
