A major lack in cultural sensitivity and cultural competence. They do not properly assessed incoming vehicles. They are not responsive to their errors once you purchase a vehicle. They fail to do the basics, such as say good morning and greet you with a smile when entering .. They have caused me thousands of dollars for repairs that did not fix my vehicle. When I addressed the “ SAFETY” concerns, A female manager called me and told me, “they can no longer service my vehicle since I am not satisfied”…. I was also bullied into dropping off the loaner after expressing safety concerns for me and my four children.

Service department is suspect. - Joe

Service department is suspect. They recommend (up sell) services that are not needed and in my most recent experience didn’t even perform the basic service we went in for. However, they charged us for the oil and filter change which was more likely a sticker on the window and didn’t even reset the maintenance interval reminder. Why do I suspect this? Three weeks after the service / maintenance, the oil is low, clearly old / dirty oil that should still be relatively gold in color for the amount of use. Service guys were probably upset that we turned down the up selling and in turn did nothing more than add a sticker on the window.

My initial purchase was a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII and I continued buying Lincolns primarily through 2003 when I purchased a Lincoln LS Premium Sport, which I still own. I also purchased 2 Mercury Sables from Mr. Conti as second vehicles. My latest purchase was in 2010 when I bought a Chrysler 300 Hemi. Mr. Conti is our family's prized sales manager at Reedman-Toll. It has always been a pleasure working with Mr. Conti because of his professional demeanor along with his genuine interest and concern for the customer. Pete Conti goes the extra mile to make certain that the customer is completely comfortable with their new car purchase. I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. The whole process was painless and smooth from the whole team at Fred Beans Ford, sales/fianance/warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And when they haves sales people like Kevin Deets it's a no brainner. Love My 2017 Ford Raptor! And will be back to this dealership when I purchase a new Ford!!!!

Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me.

Had a 2008 Avalanche ltz I had repairs done on. They never replaced everything that was broken. They claimed when I took it back it broke after they fixed??? Wth. I bought a 2011 Subaru wrx that the paint started pealing off a month after I bought it. They wouldn't touch it. 3 months of complaining they they had the Subaru rep look at and he agreed to have it painting. Took them 7 months to finally get it it. By then the metal was rusting. They just painted over it and must of clear coated the car out side. Stones all thew the clear coat. Traded car2 days after I got it back. Will NEVER go to them for anything and will turn as many people away if I can help it. Total waste of time and money.
