f there was a negative review option, I would post that. Wow. I have never been so mistreated in my entire life. My car was in their possession for five months, because of the terrible lifetime warranty my car was unable to be repaired. I would normally not write a review about this since it is really a Chrysler/MVP problem and that’s a whole other issue, BUT Bob and Jeffrey Reeb are the two most discriminative, rude people I have ever encountered. They are clearly not businessman. They have made not only mad my life but my families life miserable every time we had to call in. I am 31 years old and had to have my father call on my behalf, because of how rude they were talking to me. Bob has daughters, you would think somebody of that stature would have some more respect. Jeffrey Reeb is the manager and he yelled at me on the phone and told me that he’ll never deal with me again. All because I was asking questions. And by the way, my question was about a part that they had lost when my car was towed out of there to actually get repaired by real mechanics. They told me that they didn’t lose it, but 30 seconds later when I had my dad called, they were delivering the piece to the autobody shop my car was now delivered too. These guys are a joke, and they are doing a disservice to this entire dealership. I have told every person I know to never buy a car from here again. I am making sure to plaster that all over every single hospital in the Bucks County area that I work at. If you want your car to be serviced for years to come after buying it, do not buy a vehicle here. If you want to be treated with any type of respect, do not buy a car here.
