I'm very dissatisfied with the Lincoln service plan at Maguire's Lincoln. I booked service through the Lincoln Way app 2 weeks ago and received confirmation all in email and on the app. On the day of pick-up, nobody showed up. I waited a half an hour to call. I spoke to a service representative and he stated that they were unable to pick my Aviator up that day, but could reschedule it for the next day. I again waited a half an hour past pick-up time and called Maguire's again to be told they "got busy". By me reminding them, they sent someone out within 15 minutes. The person showed up but didn't have a replacement Aviator for me. I called the Lincoln concierge through the app and explained how dissatisfied I was. Fortunately they were able to have a car delivered. The agreement when you buy a Lincoln is same model as you send for service. Today I have the compact SUV version. All of this after I called and complained. This dealership has let me down for the last time. Maybe even pushing me away from the brands. My wife has never had this issue at the Lexus dealer. As much as I don't like it, maybe its time to change to some automaker that really understands customer service.

Highly recommend! Chris was able to work within our budget and sold us a beautiful car! An absolute blessing for my family... I told him that the last used car I bought was rusted out underneath and he actually put the car on a lift and gave me a flashlight to inspect the frame. It was spotless! Couldn't be more happy!

Worst service experience of my life - F250Garbage
Had a issue with a one year old ford truck and brought it to this dealer. They wanted to charge me to fix the issue so I reached out to ford. The dealer didn't like that. Even though we came to an agreement to fix the truck they refused service after they found out I spoke to ford about the issue. What a nightmare they caused me. Back and forth to the service center several times and they just sent me out the door. I would recommend another service center.

The service manager Kathleen Must loose potential customers on a daily basis. Be warned, DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw it up and make you pay for it the next time your being the car in.

I bought a 2015 chevy equinox used in 2017 and three weeks after I bought it..I heard a squeaking noise so brakes needed resurfaced and when I brought it to the salesman attention he told me what the measurements were on the brakes when I purchased the vehicle-took it back twice within the first month of purchasing for the same problem. Last year I took it back for a leaky sunroof and after their "water guy" fixed the leak it continues to happen with heavy rain..leaks at my feet and where the seatbelt meets the door. Their water guy is only in on Wednesdays so its very inconvenient..thought about trading it in for something else but owe too much on it.
About 6 years ago I purchased a 2006 chrysler 300 and after only putting 20k miles on it it needed a power steering rack. The car only had 25k miles on it to begin with so there's no way at 45k miles it should need a power steering rack.
After having trouble with my second car from them I will not purchase another vehicle from them

I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total.
I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket.
They have also sold several cars for me.
My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.

Very poor service. My F-250 broke down and I had it towed to this dealer on 8/2/2015, it took them till 11/19/2015 to finish putting a replacement engine in and during this point I was told their only diesel mechanic took 3 weeks of vacation. I wouldnt go back to this dealer if they paid me too.

Took a vehilcle in on Nov 10th, 2011. We got the pickup back Nov 15th and spent a little over $2,000.00 for the repairs. Drove it a couple of weeks and had to take it back to the dealership on Dec 8th. They had it until Jan 26th, 2012 when we paid them another $4,720 bucks. Drove it approximately 3 miles and had to have it towed back to them. We asked that they just fix the problem that we already paid for but apparently, the cost will be on us again and they won’t touch it until we agree.
I do not see any invoice number but maybe the Vin will help. Vin#: 1FTSX21R38ED31411.
We are $6,720.00 and approx 2 months into this vehicle with this dealership and we still do not have a vehicle.

On 3.13.18 I bought a new car. The service from Robby Shaffer and his team was outstanding. They answered every question that lingered over my head. And if they wasn't sure of my question they got confirmation in a professional manner. The ford store was very clean the bathrooms and guest longue was very home like And made my waiting time go fast as they did all the work. I haven't had service like this is a long time. I feel anyone who needs a new car should check them out and keep them in their thoughts before buying any car. They made my day. And I'm so happy right now
