I bought a brand new car from David Borden. He went above and beyond. He set me up for an oil change. When I brought the car in, Scott Corelli, the Assistant Service Manager treated me so well. He took care of everything needed on my car. I had a dent from some hard snow on my front end. The technician was able to get that dent out with such skill. You’d never know I had a dent. I’m so pleased with the service department at Peruzzi Nissan and how I was treated. If you want great service, go to Peruzzi Nissan. You’ll be glad you did. I am. Thanks guys!

Lauren is the best! ! My experiences with dealerships in the past has not been good, but I had a security issue with my GTR that needed a dealer with a GTr certified tech to fix. Lauren got me in right away with a GTR certified tech which not all dealerships have. She contacted me multiple times to ensure I was OK with the work they where going to preform BEFORE they did the work. She was there for me from the beginning middle and end, answering any questions and being very helpful. She contacted me a few days after for a follow up to make sure the issue didn’t come back and that the car was running good. I even set up another appointment to get new keys made. She was professional and over the top. I won’t take my GTR to any other service manager. She also didn’t try to sell me on work that I didn’t need, they let me know a few minor issues I had, but didn’t try and force me to get them fixed. 10/10 Best dealer experience, and BEST Service Manager/Advisor I have ever dealt with!

In addition, the technicians are qualified and do wonderful work in order to ensure that my vehicle remains on the road even after having over 200000 miles on my vehicle! I have only had my car serviced at the dealership and to have had this vehicle for this many miles, it is a testament to the dealership service workers and technicians. I recently brought in my 2019 Nissan Rogue for a fog light install, only to find out not enough parts were ordered and that the quoted price was nearly triple what I originally paid for parts. Also, I had to take valuable time off of work which cost me a day's pay, only to have them tell me they could not do the install unless I spend an additional $600+ dollars on parts. To add further insult to injury, the parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered, which meant I would have to take another day off work to have the lights installed. Nonetheless, I was livid where nothing was accomplished. On an unrelated subject, the service manager told me that my VSC warranty purchased thru Nissan would not be accepted at their dealership. I called their corporate office and warranty company, who confirmed that their VSC was accepted at any Nissan dealership. Overall, my experience with this dealership was very negative.

I locked my keys in my car and called the parts department to find out information about making a master key to be able to get into the car . Within a hour a Staff showed up at my house with my 2 keys. Talk about good customer service. I don't know of any other dealer who would have done that .

At first my experience with Kenny Ross Nissan went downhill. The advisor misread and missed a few notes on the inspection report. Upon leaving the dealership, after waiting 3 hours, I still had pulsation in the brakes. I called to speak with the service manager who took care of everything in a timely manner and even had someone come pick up my vehicle! <-- This will keep me coming back, knowing they will make a situation right when they are in the wrong. I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.
