The employees at Elmwood truly care about your satisfaction. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Josh casually asked how I was doing and we just began to chat. We spoke about the cars in the show room and how cool they were and even my own car. I then brought up that I may want to take a look at a hybrid on the lot and josh had no hesitation on pulling one up for us to ride around in. We had fun, spoke about potential options and then started playing around with numbers to see what could work for me. The whole teams professionalism, transparency, and passion abled me to have a seamless, enjoyable, and reassuring car buying process. Would absolutely recommend for someone looking for their next car

Pardon me but I had already written a review but the smart phone ate my homework. Well here goes again. I brought my 2016 Buick Encore in today for service. After hearing from the service dept my car was not eligible for dealer prep service; I called Bob Hein Buick Sales Rep extraordinaire. Bob although he wasn't my salesman represented me to the powers to be that my car was indeed eligible for this service. Bob called me back and told me that all would be taken care of. I told him that he is the man! I want to thank him and Wendy Bowen for helping to get this done. They helped to give me relief to what was starting to become a frustrating day. Woo Hoo everything is turning out fine!

And now I would just like to state that within 3 hours I received the phone call, they sincerely apologized and insisted that they made good on the situation. That showed me that they are dedicated to customer service and I would highly recommend. Also when I purchased the vehicle the transaction was very smooth and painless.

Brian at Viti, Tiverton is amazing. I was visiting relatives in RI from NH when my car broke down and was towed to Viti. Brian was so helpful and understanding of my problem. He helped to get my car repaired and on the road in no time. Plus the car was delivered to me and I didn’t have to bother anyone to drive me from South Kingstown to Tiverton. I’e had Volvo’s since 1980 and always had good service but never as exceptional as Viti. If I didn’t live so far away I would definitely be going to them for service and my next Volvo. I highly recommend them.

I had my car serviced at Toyota and worked with Lauren and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She eased all my worries and was so helpful. Toyota of Smithfield is lucky to have her on their team! I will certainly be coming back to see her next time I need service done! Kelsey at the desk was also fantastic, she was so polite and got me in for an appointment quickly. Overall, what could have been a stressful situation was instead a wonderful experience because of those two girls!
